From my personal experience, when a casino(not limited to casino actually) begins to have big issues attending to customers concerns and worries, and they easily accept deposits from customers but the same customers cannot withdraw in peace with complaining of one problem or the other(could be delay of something else), then such a casino is on a Verge of collapse, and if they are a serious business, then something must be done fast before it's too late, building reputation is not easy and can take years of serious hard work and commitment, but destroying it can take less than 5 minutes.

Well, I don't believe that problems will be taken care of. In +7 years of gambling in crypto casinos, not a single one has locked my account, until now.



From my point of view, they just make mistake after mistake...

First of all, I didn't get any bonuses... I signed up when I started wearing their signature, and I gambled with those coins from the faucet! What can I say, I was pretty lucky and I had some nice wins over time, but they declined my first withdrawal and come up with some "wagering requirements"...  Well, I continued to play and I completed those requirements with profit!



My screenshots are from the past few days, and I have a few more... I thought I will need them if something like this happen! I guess reading all the complaints about some casinos here on the forum did the work, we need to be careful and we should document some "important stuff" just in case. Because when they lock our accounts (which happened too many times) we can't access our stats and other info that can be very useful in proving our case.

In the end, most of the things about wagering I had to figure on my own, their support is a "disaster", kindly spoken! And I even send PM to their representative here on the forum a few days ago (on his request), but still, there are no answers or explanations.

This is really disappointing i must say, and for the fact that worked with one of the best and reputable campaign manager in the person of icopress during the days of their signature campaign makes this experience even more disappointing, not trying to sound pessimistic but i think this casino is done, except some kind of miracle happens , i see no way they are coming out of this mess, and even if they do, who will still trust them?

I think one issue a lot of businesses have( not peculiar to casinos alone) is how to manage users funds, i tell you that if the issue Neodice is currently facing was to be investigated, we all will discover they have gone bankrupt, the CEO probably have mismanaged users deposits and now, they cant afford the means to honor withdrawal requests from users, and being confused and not knowing what to do or what excuses to give as a reason why withrawal request is pending for such a long time, they have to lock accounts, atleast, to block those users access from asking.
Really disappointing.

It would not the first time I have seen bonuses messing up people's accounts.
In my opinion the casino is the only responsible to manage and calculate the bonuses their offer so people can enjoy them with no problem, also making clear the terms of those bonuses is vital. I have discussed about it before.

For now, I will give the benefit of the doubt to this service, since it seems to be a miscalculation from their part, hopefully it gets solved as soon as possible and does not undo the work they have been doing until now.

I'll keep an eye on this thread.

But I think almost all online gambling sites that carry out promotions with bonuses will indeed provide these bonuses especially for new members or users, but there is a minimum amount limit to be able to withdraw from the bonus results.

I also hope that everything will be clarified soon and the problems will be solved. After all, neodice has put a lot of effort into building a good reputation over the past few weeks. It would be a shame if they broke it again. Icopress has already announced in another thread that neodice will really bring many improvements in the next few weeks to make the site even more attractive. Hopefully all this work isn't wasted. I had a heart to heart talk with Neodice and they told me iv4n's ban was a misunderstanding (it was an automatic ban because the system found a direct link between 42 accounts). At the end of the week, I will also try to help with the rest of the cases, but even now, from the data that was shown to me, I see clear cases of abuse. I am delighted with Neodice, because I clearly see how much effort these guys put in. Also, could you let us know what is going to happen to those suspected of bonus abuse or multiple accounts? Will they be banned or are they simply going to lose the right to use the bonuses in the future?

Thank you icopress for stepping in, though I've only played on this casino twice or so, my experience with them was good, and they gave been building and growing, both in their business and their reputation, would really be disappointing to allow  all the efforts already put in, even to this stage, go to waste.

Your question makes me want to believe that you are among the bonus abusers  Grin - don't take it to heart please, am just joking.

For me personally, I think the best punishment wound be to seize their right of using the bonus, this is for the first time offenders(if there's a way for them to distinguish), and they can ban the multiple times offenders.

I don't know if maybe the OP removed them now because I am seeing some complaints after doing some backreading. If those are juicy bonuses then it can surely lure the players into signing up and trying them, most especially if the requirement are not that tough to complete.

If only they operate properly then I don't think there will be people who will complain. It's also their fault so they should not try to avoid it. Locking the users account isn't also a solution or will make them quite but it actually worsen the the situation.

If the requirements for earning the bonus are not too strict, it's likely that there will be a fair number of people who try to abuse the system. For example, if you can get a $9 bonus by simply signing up for and verifying your account, then it's not too hard to imagine how people could game the system by creating multiple accounts and getting paid over and over again.

Hey All. First, on behalf of Neodice, I would like to apologize to iv4n for the inconvenience caused. I contacted the Neodice team and his account was unblocked (I also asked for a bonus for him). I had a heart to heart talk with Neodice and they told me iv4n's ban was a misunderstanding (it was an automatic ban because the system found a direct link between 42 accounts). At the end of the week, I will also try to help with the rest of the cases, but even now, from the data that was shown to me, I see clear cases of abuse. I am delighted with Neodice, because I clearly see how much effort these guys put in. Yes, some things they do not do as well as they would like, because they lack experience, but I think that this will change. I also told the Neodice team to contact me with any questions (or efialtis) as I listed his name as a competent person in gambling related matters.

Something like this doesn't happen every day, to wager hundreds just with faucet coins. Thanks for the apology, but it's not necessary. I hope I didn't sound so harsh in my comments, I am aware that I criticized a little, but only so that the casino could improve its service. I think that the support could have been much better and more concrete, avoiding answers is never a good solution. You see the effort from the team, and I guess I (we) would see the same only if I got a simple message "sorry we have some problems, we are working on it, and we will check your account!". That sector needs to be a lot better. The gambling experience was great (winning contributed to that for sure), but sooner or later all people get in all sorts of trouble and support needs to be there to calm the situation and give some proper explanations.

Thanks to Ico and NeoDice for solving my issue, I honestly didn't expect a quick response. I believe this is a positive sign that NeoDice is ready to handle good in some problematic situations.

I'm thinking that surely this kind of promotion can make a good amount traffic in their casino but I'm guessing that it's only temporary until the promotion is gone. There's also a chance that the traffic they can get is from those multi account users which is basically not helpful from the casino given that they are only looting for bonus.  I'm speculating that they will lose some of their users if they reduce or limit the bonus or remove it permanently.  Well they are still trying and experimenting with the promo but I'm guessing that it will turn out that way as I've seen many casino turns out like that.

Of course, it's quite possible that your Neodice account may be mistakenly flagged as a bonus abuser, similar to what happened with iv4n. However, there's no need to dust off that old alt account that's been inactive for two years just to voice your complaints on the forum. Why not just use your main account to address the issue? It may be more effective to do so.

$9 is not much, but some people (read a lot of people) are ready to make +10 accounts (in some cases even more). So they claim a bonus and if they finish the requirements they will make a withdrawal and move to the next account. It's the same with faucets, I believe that many people abuse that as well by creating many accounts.

I am not beneficial to them, I just have good arguments, and some screenshots. I am a fair player, and I didn't do anything wrong... I couldn't abuse the bonus because I didn't claim any. I just played with the faucet coins... I guess that's what we should do with those coins!

In the end, in some cases, it's easy to spot abusers if you go through their accounts and check their email and IP addresses. And there are other tricks for sure, but the bottom line is that my account is clean. I am active since October (as you can see), claiming a faucet when I remember and placing a few bets while I am there... those things can be easily verified.
