I can't say exactly what Neodice did before giving a first restriction on your account but usually platforms have two mechanisms to do such things: automatically and manually.

Both automatically and manually approaches can have inaccuracy but if their team are opened with customer appeals, and handle cases manually well, they are still a very good casino.

$9 is not too much but yeah it can be abused. I'm thinking that surely this kind of promotion can make a good amount traffic in their casino but I'm guessing that it's only temporary until the promotion is gone. There's also a chance that the traffic they can get is from those multi account users which is basically not helpful from the casino given that they are only looting for bonus.  I'm speculating that they will lose some of their users if they reduce or limit the bonus or remove it permanently.  Well they are still trying and experimenting with the promo but I'm guessing that it will turn out that way as I've seen many casino turns out like that.

I kinda don't think so. Neodice made a mistake and they just corrected it. In my opinion, there is nothing more behind it. Your account will certainly be unlocked again if you haven't done anything wrong. I'm pretty sure about it. It will certainly take a few more days, but neodice will take care of it.

do you have screenshots that you can prove here?
I mean after many cases of abuse of promotions given by Neodice, some have been handled or have been resolved. like @iv4n's case it was a misunderstanding case helped by @icopress and all is well.
so try to do as iv4n did provide a little screenshot proof so you solve your problem here.
and I think that if there is no abuse or cheating in your betting on Neodice, everything will be resolved safely.
