This is what the bounty manager said recent updates about the bounty program:
"Dear Users,

The Bounty Campaign has finished successfully, and so is the calculation. The final sheet is sent to the team and the distribution is meant to be done in following months.

Thank you"

Now just check links promoted in the bounty program if it's the same as the official ones than everything is fine.

I can't find a valid reason why you called him scam.

It's too early to judge him. You shall have enough evidence to make sure if your accusation was true. In my opinion if sometime admin from the project didn't know if the project has been running the bounty campaign for the marketing purpose. I saw this happened with a few projects but the projects could still paid the participants. is not it better if you are asking the bounty manager directly in the telegram group rather than create an accusation with no evidence on it?
Admin was not CEO. Sometime the managers in communication with CEO and not admin.
