I am not " Trolling " you. This is my perspective to this scenario. Scam is a huge accusation. luckily , through your evidence,we can deduce what transpired between you and the other party. However, I can find reasons why you could be delayed. Since fairspin is currently looking into the situation, let us see how this problem will unfold itself.
 I'm not saying that you are wrong to report this event. You are right to do so. However, make sure you didn't constitute to the problem.

Fair spin support was modest, polite and straight to the point whereas your response to their reply was a bit rude, cruel and bias and saucy/ impudent. This is suspicious to me!!! If I were the owner of fair spin, I would teach you a lesson not to be impudent to people.

What is the definition of a scam? A User deposited money, and his withdrawal is pending for 20+ days. Usually, casinos take a few minutes to release a withdrawal. If a casino doesn't release my withdrawal for 20 days, They definitely trying to scam me.

In last words, While the casino itself described that they take a maximum of five business days to release the withdrawal, In this case, It's been over 20 days, and they didn't release a withdrawal. What is your point in supporting the casino in this case? Just because you work for them?

I assure you that there is no such thing as pre-moderated messages on Bitcointalk. I saw the OP's posts two days ago and so did other users. You could have seen them as well if you wanted to.

Why is that a problem or reason for suspicion? Theoretically, I can deposit 1 BTC, play one round of dice which takes a few seconds, double my money, and request a withdrawal a few minutes after the coins were deposited into my account. I did nothing that should raise any suspicion besides being satisfied with my winnings and wanting to withdraw them.

As I've stated in their ANN thread, I'm sure he saw the posts. What's more, he updated the thread the next day regarding some promotion, but deleted the post today. You can still see the old post in the archives.

There is an old proverb He who holds all the cards dictate the game. Even if you are correct in an event, courtesy demands that you respect the person helping you even if it is their job. For goodness sake " Don't laugh at them or mock them with Sarcasm" How much is he demanding? Other people that are receiving much don't even behave that way for Christ sake! It depends on what you consider to be demanding. In my view, the OP did not open the scam accusation until after 20 days of waiting, although FS support said the withdrawal should take no longer than five days. I don't consider that demanding.

So there are other people who have their money frozen on the casino? Do you have an example of this?

It's also worth mentioning that your first response to this accusation was "Your first activity of depositing and withdrawing the same day is suspicious to me alone.," meaning all the gamblers who do the same are suspicious to you? How do you explain the fact that the whole point of crypto is to be your own bank and not keep money on centralized custodial wallets. It is not your right to decide what I will do with my money or when I will do it. You have no right to hold anyone's money hostage.

@Poika5, I suggest you update the first post and the title of this thread as well. It is common to put the words "SOLVED" in the title, and I suggest changing the word "Scammed" to something like "Withdrawal delayed ..." Now I see you've already done that.

My friend, this is my little contribution to the bitcoin community. Every opinion matter. You are probably use to receiving only good remarks from people. If you are shown the other side, you may have a different concept about certain situations you find yourself.

The reason for the sudden change could be because of the negative trust ratings next to your name as well as the big warning box that now appears on top of your ANN page. You want to get rid of that as soon as possible.

That's because some community members no longer trust you and believe you might be capable of scamming. It's now up to you and your team to prove that issues like the one above won't happen again, and that you can be trusted with your player's money. Withdrawing support for the flag is a personal choice of every user.
