For security, we use cold wallets. Hot wallets are used to manage deposits and withdrawals only, but represent only a small part of the funds.
We prefer USDC to USDT (which is more controversial).

Seems the sign in button from the website is working, but don't know when it comes to app.
o48o should try with another browser, but for now, better not to deposit if you are having problems with login itself.

I can see that their representative already gave you some solutions. Won't you give them another chance and try the solutions given to see if the site will work properly now? I think it's normal for some gambling sites to have an issue like this but they will always find a way to fix the issue as that can affect them.

It doesn't really mean that they are shady but if you are still in doubt then check the users review on this thread and then check the op's trust page. It is said that you can play on them for free and still manage to win a real reward. This is one of the greatest thing about them. So go on and play without having to deposit your own money.

I checked the possibility of registration and subsequent login and also received an error message "Invalid credentials" tried on different browsers did not help, resetting the password also did not solve the problem. After registration, I received an email and activated my account.

After checking out the support section in detail, I don't think a separate FAQ section is necessary, but the support section needs to be organized better and it needs to answer some important queries such as minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal etc.
