The user has not logged in since then so don't expect them to respond quickly.
Selling these cards requires making sure that they are from a registered company (Visa will not allow this) so either they will be closed in the near future or they are hacked/stolen (It was illegally obtained)
escrow will not protect you with such services.

Are these cards really worth buying? I remember that they were buying from a service that service has become not working in many sites, and most sites are now rejecting such cards? Was this problem resolved or the supplier changed?

Yes, that was an old supplier which didn't request KYC but had a lot of problems[1]. The one I linked is a different one (My prepaid center) which they added a few months ago. I'm not sure if they're worth buying though.
