Learning to get a coder is not easy like you say!
Please don't make false promises because for being a coder, you need really big knowledge skills and it needs to be studied, and proven by test, exams and a final graduation.
Before someone can make a good code, lots of special knowledge is to learn.

It's hard to take up your tutorial when you have a bad reputation all over your profile

With an active flag on the platform you're promoting, you have to fix your reputation first, even if your tutorial is good people will have second thoughts about trusting the platform, and the character of the developer will weigh in the platform.
