After a successful year, Mr. Roo is goin to his well earned summer vocation. As he is not a fan of boring activities and always on the lookout for an adrenaline rush he decides to surf. Since I'm lucky as always, I was able to spot him in the waves and made this oil painting:

Sometimes I wonder how the judges get to pick and I must confess, they are good at it. I tried judging the arts myself and I was left with over 20 options that I couldn't forfeit any for the other. It was really a close one and the judges have done there best in delivering the best works.

This was my first time participation in the art contest and really happy to see myself in the top-10 winners and congratulations to all others who have made up to that list.

These art contest are always fun and have watched them from some time seeing lot of creative entries and promoting a healthy competitive spirit among forum members to portray their skills here having a chance to win some amount also. But even if you have not win those rewards you gain lot of experience from the creative entries and motivation to perform better next time and as all know this is just a competition and appreciate all the submission that I have seen in this thread.So keep your hopes high for the next time.
