There is a very good chance that bitcoin will cross $25k at some point as we are very close to it. In terms of the possibility of the price dropping to $13k as predicted by the OP, it seems very unlikely right now, and things seem to be trending in a positive direction.

Buying bitcoin when it is so cheap compared to its all time high is always a good option, now as you may guess it is optimal to buy it when it reaches bottom but very few people are able to do something like that, fortunately it is not really necessary to make profits, as long as you are able to get some bitcoin for a good price that is more than enough to produce profits during the next bull run, the only problem is that we are very far away from that happening and a lot of people could sell their coins for a bad price before that bull run comes and lose money due to their lack of commitment to holding their coins.

We should always assume about probabilities yet we didnt even expect for the price to go below 20k or exactly 17k all time low on these days specially that we do hit the ath of 69k which is almost breaking
that 70k barrier but look at on where we are now? Whether we do fall or not then its important that you should really know on what you are doing with your investment decisions.
Market is unpredictable thats why you should really be that versatile from time to time.

You are right. BTC is not likely to come down that much if the global economy is stable. But that cannot be said yet because the Russia-Ukraine war is still on going. If inflation does not appear again in the global economy, we will soon be in a Bitcoin bull market again. Considering various aspects, I feel that the market may be slightly uptrend towards the end of the year.
