People are allowed to speculate, that's what crypto investments are mostly about but this prediction for Shiba Inu is quite a tall one for me. I do understand that Shiba Inu has had a lot of hype in the previous years and are the most likely meme coins I would have invested in if I wanted to Invest in meme coins but 25 years is a long wait without a guarantee unlike Bitcoin and some major Alts Investment which can be well shorter than that with the same amount of investment over the same amount of time.
Bitcoin is not even 25 years and it went from Cents to $69k

Multiply $5 by 589,390,791,616,214 coins (589 trillion 390 billion 791 million 616,198) and we get that the capitalization of the project should be ~$2.6 trilliard.
