Yes, of course, but in reality patience is something that is easier said than practiced. People will panic when asset prices fall, especially if FUD threatens the future of the assets they own. I am curious what you mean by this?  I am guessing that you actually mean that bitcoin is very influential on other coins.  Which is exactly the case, not really the other way around.  But yes, of course, as a ton of people have already said here before..do your best to hold an let value drive back up.  You don't lose anything until you sell, you're value is simply down, but you have the same amount of coins left still and the ability to gain it's value back.  You sell the coins, you lose that ability.  Simple as that.

Bitcoin is likely to perform better in the last quarter of 2022 and historical data also vindicates that crypto market always starts  performing better from September towards end of year. The market is currently sideways and trading between 21 to 25K that indicates cautious approach of market participants. Once it break 25K then it is likely to hit beyond 27K. The next important event is on 26th August when FED Chairman will speak about current situation of economy and monetary policy which might have huge impact on all financial markets including crypto.
