You should really avoid yourself on getting exposed with negative sentiments or vibes around which it would be mainly the thing that would really affect you and might result into those foolish decisions.
There are permabull and there are no coiners on this market which it wont be surprising that they would be throwing off their own views and sentiments which neither be affecting yours or not.

I too am now learning not to panic in all kinds of market situations. because sometimes panic occurs not only when the market drops. but when the market recovers quickly sometimes I panic and rush to buy. Actually OP, it is easier said than done.

Given that there are people who invested thousands to millions of $$$ on their BTC investment, this means that the slightest movement on its price could mean an increase/decrease of over thousands of dollars on their investment. So, while the thought of HODLing and hope may give some sort of assurance, people who have lots of dollars on their investment should be ready to take all the contingencies and plans in order to maximize the their gain or loss on their investments.
