Though I'm not sure if he works with centralize payment processor or not. If all these has charge back option, I think he wont work.

I appreciate trying to secure funds before starting your exchange service, but the problem is: an escrow can't verify centralized payments. So if someone says they paid you, and you say they didn't, how can the escrow come to a decision?

I appreciate trying to secure funds before starting your exchange service, but the problem is: an escrow can't verify centralized payments. So if someone says they paid you, and you say they didn't, how can the escrow come to a decision?

For Perfect Money we Will Get a Batch Number, Every Successful Order will be Mentioned in Post that "Batch Number: XXXXXXX is Completed". For Crypto We can Track with TX ID.

You are going to do a large business and you are trying to hold only 100$ on escrow!!! You should do this type of business with atleast 20k$ where you should escrow atleast 5000$ because no one will trust you for 1000$ trade while you have only 100$ on escrow. So, please consider it if you really want to do the business. Also, you may open a website to run the business smoothly.

Most of the escrow service if not all that I have seen over this forum that are well established, is from legendary accounts.

You are right that op has not told that s/he will do a large business but probably you have not seen which they will do? S/he will trade with multiple currency. If you see the currency names (payment gateway) then you would be able to understand that this type of business is not possible to handle with few hundred dollar only.
