Sand hasn't bottomed yet. Most altcoins have not yet hit its bottomed. You'll see it when you switch to longer time frame. Bitcoin may rise already to $22K but majority of altcoins may not yet.
I think Sand will still go below $0.70 when there are more bad news that will come that might break support lines. Just my speculation though. I could be wrong
And the dip will continue if BTC decides to lose its cool one more time, I think this recovery is just temporary, BTC can't bottom at 20000$ there will be more devaluation as we enter deep into this bear market, as for altcoins people will be shocked because they will lose more value.
