The Luna 2.0 is being used by scammers to steal wallet seed phrases from potential cryptocurrency beginners and some smart but foolish people. The phrase "No wallet is useless, you don't throw away your wallet" is well-known in the cryptosphere. I believe LoyceV said something similar in a thread I stumbled upon a few weeks ago. The wallet may be empty now, but what about tomorrow? These con artists will keep an eye on your wallet, and one day you might wake up to find it gone! You weren't hacked; instead, the error you made a few years ago has destroyed you.

To gather the information I needed, I opened the site through a secure browser rather than using your wallet browser as it is risky.

Scammers always try to scam with trending things. Since Luna's incident happened, everyone has been talking about luna. And scammers want to take advantage of this. Sigh... why delete a wallet instead of moving it aside and keeping the old copy just in case?  You should never delete a wallet.

However, if it's a completely new wallet and you never shared any of its addresses with anyone and never posted it anywhere, then it should be OK to delete it without keeping a backup. The chances of someone mistakenly sending coins to it are near zero.

Regarding the scam, no  legit service will ask for your wallet seed or private keys and  it is not needed to connect your wallet. I hope no one will fall for it.

These scam sites have become rampant since Luna collapsed, I got a lot of these on Twitter but I didn't approach any of them because I know very well that they are scams, beginners get fooled by such scams because they are looking for easy profit, if they bothered a bit by reading and searching, they would know of course that Airdrop Luna is distributed only to Luna holders, a screenshot has been taken before and after the hack and the distribution will be done automatically and there will be no need to subscribe to any site, in addition to that, it is not permissible to put Seed or Private Key on any website for whatever reasons.

"Wallet browser"?  No wonder why scores of people are getting pwned.

Maintaining a browsdr is not for the faint of heart as there are myriads of bugs and especially security vulnerabilities that need to be addressed. If you are even slightly late in applying the patches it could have a detremental effect to your users. In the case of these wallet browsers they are probably using an outdated version of Chrome which would make it even easier for hackers to get in as they only have to exploit the same vulnerabilities as in Chrome.

With all the issues and problems facing Luna right now, its main developer Do Kwon, and the company he is managing Terraform I consider Luna is now a scam site, its a bomb waiting to explode, and you don't want to be a part of it when it gets busted if you are fully updated on what's happening on Luna you will never be a part of it, and with all these scammers they are going to create projects to scam people, on projects that are hugging the limelight, there was NFT meme coins and now Luna.
