The fall of bitcoin has definitely had some effect on altcoins and there is no way this won't happen because bitcoin is the force behind the market of cryptocurrency. An investor has to consider investment in bitcoin before the others (and that is surely an influence) and when such investment don't go to bitcoin, it hardly go to altcoins. Taking a look at the market, you see the value of many coins have dropped, this is the reason that bitcoin drop.

I guess it may not be the bottom, but we surely did see a pretty low amount and I do not think that it would go down too much under that, which means that we are as close to bottom as we could get and if we want to buy then we could buy from here.

I think it would probably be breaking ATH after the real pump, hence the price point of 17 to 21 is a great place to buy bitcoin, and whatever other coins did as well. I believe that the top three of btc, eth, bnb are the ones that we should care about and nothing more. I get that some people may not like the current situation we are in, but I still think that it could be profitable in the long run if we keep it going.

Yeah, that's a pretty damn low after the ATH.

But that's to be expected when we're at the top because we know that this market is dependent on its cycle. And where we are right now is part of it.

Once we're done with this, we may not see anymore the $10k-$19k line and we'll enter to a newer low by the time we're done with this cycle and, we're about to enter a new cycle before and/or after the next halving.

I agree that we will probably not see under 20k ever again, and to be fair I didn't expected us to see under 20k ever again neither, it was a shock to me that we managed to get lower like that, and I still think that it was a mishap and we will do a lot better.

The price is doing awesome, it's over 20k and when we start to go back up and reach to a level where it's 68k+ and breaks ATH, then that will mean that 20k and under is gone to never come back again. We have passed over certain thresholds where we never get back again, and 20k will be like that. Anyone who buys from the current price would be super lucky and could tell their grandchildren about how they got rich.

How sure are you, I think is too early for you to just jump into conclusion, current pump that happened those not mean the bear market is over and it those not mean that any coin have touched the bottom, what I know is that we don't just expect a coin to be dumping without little pump, I believe bitcoin might still dump more with will affect other altcoins but it gives us opptunity to buy more and if you are having bitcoin in your wallet already and you don't have more funds to buy more, just hold the one you are having and wait patiently for bull run.

Yeah, you're right but there is one thing we know about the market and that was unpredictable. Though we can't say it going up after some pumps, we can't also jump to the conclusion that it drops more. But, I'm going to agree that this was not the time to think and expect the uptrend, yet to expect the same level or price trend as in the past days. Until now, we still don't know when this bear season ends that is why we have to extend our patience and remain calm as for sure that the direction of the market will change someday.

Though we can't say it going up after some pumps, we can't also jump to the conclusion that it drops more. Market couldnt really be just moving in one direction thats why after a bear market then expect that there would be bullish run that would happen or something in related with price recovery or some sort.

Market could only be having those two possible positions or directions whether going up or down and with altcoins it could neither get aligned with btc trend or simply going opposite which is something not
really that predictable.
Thats why as an investor or trader would really be considerate on following their risk management plans and actions towards certain conditions.

None of the cryptocurrencies in the market have found their bottom until Q4 which is the time some long-term holders and miners sell some portion of their holding for the holidays.

Don't expect any rally in this current market because this is the season of the total bear market and is also the time that some altcoin will vapourize off the market. My advice to you is to never accumulate many altcoins when you can secure your investment through BTC.

^ Definitely right because altcoins in fact follow the trend of BTC.
Just probably because when you are in trading all altcoins have a pair of BTC in trading and you cannot directly buy an altcoin if you will not buy BTC or ETH. The reason could probably this and there is no way that the altcoins were pumping on their own, it always depends on the BTC price on the market. Just take a look at the Coinmarketcap.

When market prices hits bottom, there's gonna be a recovery sometimes along the lines. But at this moment, bitcoin price have made a lot of major alts sufferend from its dump price. Lately we're only seeing a flash pump, or just a bit of correction, but then it continues to dump. We're still not seeing an actual alt season or anything. But all the times it has dropped, it recovered and that is the real thing that matters to me. As long as it could recover, there is nothing that I would worry about this at all.

We will believe bitcoin will get pumped back and hit a new ATH. But it takes time, what we need to worry about is our patience as investors, whether we can get through it all. and altcoins will also be erratic, depending on how bitcoin moves. If bitcoin crashes more then altcoins crash even more. If bitcoin is big bullish altcoins will go down because bitcoin dominance is bigger. Just need to wait for bitcoin to stabilize and dominance decline to expect altcoins to be pumped up again.

It is true the market of cryptocurrencies in general can be extremely volatile and it can change directions incredibly fast but the fact you predicted an uptrend clearly shows that you are relatively new to this market, what we are seeing all around the world and this market does not lead us to believe there is going to be any kind of rally anytime soon, and the decrease we are seeing at the moment should be evidence enough that this is not going to happen.

It's really early for some conclusion on where will altcoins go right now. The time that this post where posted is the time that the market shows a small recovery but where we at right now? There are so many speculations around the market and it look like it's too early to decide right now. Traders are waiting for confirmations, It's very uncertain. Addition to that is the foundation of altcoins too, I know altcoins are very broad but there are many altcoins that has a weak foundation that could result in a very fast downfall or at worst can't survive our current market situation.

We should really monitor Bitcoin from time to time because altcoins are still depending on the trend of BTC and I can’t see any successful attempt to go beyond what BTC can do. Altcoins are still ok though, you just need to buy good coin and of course no one can tell here what project is the next to pump that’s too impossible to know. The altcoins are still growing, they still make a lot of good progress and I think it will matter in the long run and its really good to have them on your wallet.
