A longer dumb still await the market but it is not a time to panic but to re-strategize and plan on stucking your portfolio and a time to discard shit coin with no value or future use. It’s to be honest is completely unpredictable.
I mean some days, the market is up by 6-7% and the next day it’s down again.
It’s currently struggling in the bear market, that’s all we know.
In order to recover, at first BTC needs to go up.
Following the BTC, all the rest coins will also climb with it.
Still it’s a huge time we need to wait. So can’t say clearly in which phase we are in.

For those who have been here for several years, at least 5 to 6 years, then you already know the drill, this is not strange anymore.

For now, no one knows if we are now in recovering stage or if it will continue to fall. Yeah, we may see a spike for the past few days but it may go down again. If you are aware of its growth or what has been already achieved in terms of the prices then you'll think of the buying opportunity, taking advantage while the prices are low again. We will step into the massive recovery phase as we are going near to the next halving...

It wouldn't recover anytime soon though imo. It'd probably go back to around $30-40 in a year, but it can only ever exceed the ATH on the next halving in 2 years. Before that, we'd probably only see a gradual steady increase instead of the usual pumps we've seen in the past year or two. There might be a bit of a few fluctuations but it wouldn't be too big. I wouldn't expect any recovery in the next few days or weeks, we might even see it dip down a bit more. Small spikes can be seen but it'd go back to a middle point at some point imo.

For now the coast isn't clear, cryptocurrency market is still in bearish sentiment thus the best bet is to buy low and sell high taking some profits, bearing in mind that the era of massive pump in price is not yet at sight, price of bitcoin got rejected thrice at $21500 and retrace downward I don't think the price will enter the bullish sentiment for now until the strong resistance at $21500 is broken and price retrace and turn the resistance to support that is when the market will be in bullish sentiment, though July is coming up probably the price might turn around that month.

My bet is sideway, no strong trend toward either up or down. Just keep hovering over this price range for weeks before anything actually happens (depending on the upcoming FED hike rate). No one really knows about the market movement, this was still a puzzle in our minds when the Bitcoin price leads.
But only fool people who will sell their Bitcoin under the price where they purchased, just keep holding until your profit was there because the market has a chance to resist and might at this moment there was still a barrier to pump the price.

1.It is a market and there will always be someone buying and someone selling.
2.No price is forever here.
3.The bull nor the bear markets stay forever, but they are continuous cycle.

Hence the above question in the OP title becomes a null one. When we are going to recover from the dump the bull market will gradually start again. But the strange thing is that during a bear market the attention towards that asset declines but again rises during the bull market. It should actually be the opposite if everyone was to make profit.

Truth is that if everyone joined in during the bear market, there would not be so many rekt people.

It is likely the price will go down a little bit more as the bull market is still very far away, however this should not be seen as something that is bad and instead it should be seen as a huge opportunity, because that means we have months or even years to buy bitcoin for a very low price, meaning that when the next bull run appears we will have a lot more bitcoin stored in our wallets and the money we will make out of our investments will grow even more.
