Human being are face with several addictions e.g masturbation, drugs and alcholism etc.so how can we reduce these addiction

Keep your mind busy, if you are too busy doing whatever (positive activities) you like, the urge of those "bad" things becomes less prominent, and sometimes it's gone completely. And then do regular light exercise and eat healthy to detox your "poisoned" body.

It's better to stay away from it, because any drug is addictive and it's very hard to get rid of it afterwards.

Reducing addiction can only start when one knows and understand that they have an addiction. Substance disorders must be recognized willingly. In some cases, it is forcefully because of harm that can be done. Harm can be done to family and friends.
Seeking professional help can guide one through reducing addiction and hopefully put an end. In some cases, there can be mental or physical illnesses that have been undiagnosed and only a professional can help.
Surrounding yourself with those that understand that your addiction does run your life. Going to group therapy sessions and sharing your stories with others. Reflecting, exercises, and even meditation can help reduce addiction.

do activities that are more exciting and interesting, and try to get rid of the things that make you addicted. Or you can do sports and worship.

Yes you can, it depends on what your priorities are in life. If you have hobbies and goals, then you will not be "bored" and result to destructive behaviors.

Get outside around people and enjoy life. That is the secret.

You have to really intend to quit something that makes you addicted. Stay away from things that make you addicted.

To reduce addiction from a bad thing, you should be addicted to doing somewhat good things. For example; Battle Royale games are addictive as well. If you start spending more time on online games and meeting random people. You might get addicted to it and then you can reduce addiction from bad things.

For me addiction is always a problem. I try to focus on having healthy addictions, but yeh....it's not easy. I do not believe swapping addiction with another, yes....you remove a possible bad cycle, but you always will have something to come back to. I'm a person looking for other people's attention, so doing my bad habits in public gives me some kind of response if I do something "wrong". That may be one underlying factor for not overuse shit
