So, I've been collecting useless bits of crypto from a lot of faucets. Now, what do I do with them? My Blockchain wallet accepts bitcoins, but that's about it. What do I do with all these others coins? Many of them are in FaucetPay, can I use that to convert them to sats, or do I have to send them somewhere else to convert them? Someplace like YoBits, or another exchange?

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

You could get a wallet or exchange that supports the coins and send them there, or even a hardware wallet for safekeeping if you're planning to hodl.
