Personally I don’t prefer playing slot games only, for that reason I don’t know sites where only slot games are available.
But OP you can check out Stake.com , along with original games and sportsbook, they have a wide variety of slot games present in their site.
Moreover Stake is famous for it’s reputation and sincerity towards their customers, so playing there won’t be any issue.

Simple answer for your question, there is no reputable casino that provide slot games only (at least as per my own experience for years in this gambling industry).
If you ask for dice game only, you can still find some but if you ask for slot game only, you have no hope.

You are a forum member since 2019 and you are asking this newbie question here? Seems strange to me.
Just look around the announcement threads in the Gambling forum. Do you own research. Nobody is going to hand you the best slots casino on the sliver plate. Try different slots casinos and see what works best. I'm not a fan of slots games, since most of them kinda look similar and get pretty boring after you play for one week.
