Personally I don’t prefer playing slot games only, for that reason I don’t know sites where only slot games are available.
But OP you can check out Stake.com , along with original games and sportsbook, they have a wide variety of slot games present in their site.
Moreover Stake is famous for it’s reputation and sincerity towards their customers, so playing there won’t be any issue.
As I don’t play Slots a lot, but therefore I don’t have proper know in particular sites where you can find different slot games with a trusted provider.

The mixing would always be there and casinos can’t make profits just having single genre of the games. I mean they have to have multiple ways of attracting people and keep them engaged in various reality.

However, you can always have section wise sorting of the slots so that you can entirely focus kn slots only. Few casinos you could think inc are: Roobet, Winz, Duelbits. These are well known and personal favourites for their range of slots.

check out allsotsclub, here's their ANN thread. judging by their name you might find what you are looking for in their casino. they haven't been active on the forum and I haven't visited their website since they first opened their ANN thread because they restrict my country from accessing it. if I remember correctly they probably have over 100+ countries restricted from accessing their website. anyway, you should check it out.

I think slot based casinos in many casinos provide an experience for you and I think you can also judge for yourself which casino you can choose to play at. But I guess casinos will add more games like card games, sports betting, dice and so on so it's not purely a slots website. If it's just a slot game, I think users will get bored because they can find the same slot game on many casino sites. Maybe you mean the game's name from each provider for slot games.

You are looking for something that almost impossible to exist. Casino itself refers to a place where you can find many different gambling games. Most casino has a feature to filter the games based on its type, you can use this filter so what you see will be slot games only.

Stake.com has tons of slots but they're not only slots. They also offer house games, sports betting, and live games. Still 1 of the more reputable sites out there.

Gamdom is a great selection of slots but again they offer a couple house games and sports betting.

I think Betchain is mainly just slots. Be careful though, they limit your withdrawal amount weekly. 1 btc was the max weekly wd last I played there.

Why you don't like casinos that combine multiple games? Is there a difference between a casino that only provides slot games and one that provides many games? because in my opinion it's basically the same, making a deposit to play and if you can win you can make a withdrawal.

I also do not know of a casino where only slot machines would be presented.

Gambling sites are not only based on one type of gambling, even on a casino sites I have known that have just started to provide gambling services to users, they certainly start with more options and alternative to slot are available and slot can be included, they are just mixed together for users to choose their choice. I don't think you can find any gambling site that can only play slots,I can see sites that can only play dice but not with slots. Nowadays, it's a combination of lot of games for a casino, owners do tend to do this way as it is profitable compare to just one game.

Actually there's many good casinos that serve and have many providers e.g. Roobet, Stake, Duelbits, Rollbit, Fortunejack, Bitcasino and many more. My personal opinion about those casinos I mentioned before, I never face any problem until now if we talk about the games only. It's good to check the suggestion of other people but you can also check how valid their suggestion is since sometimes there are so many scams has been promoted so you better do your own research after people suggest you a casino which they think the best for them. Also I don't see any casino which only offer solely slot game only because most of crypto casino has variety to offer so maybe try to check Rollbit and Bitcasini since they are one of good casino exist in this forum.
