On Sportsbet.io I have faced injustice

Just I show my betting slip photos to you. I make Tennis Player win game +4.5. My please lost first set 3-6, 2nd set won 7-6 and 3rd set when my player won game 5-0 another player retired game. How ever my player won game +4.5, But Sportsbet voided my bet. How it possible? How ever my player won game. It this justice?
But more people make bet the same game under 18.5 they lost their money, If game voided why their money also didn't refund back?

I will not dig into the issue but I suggest you should:

- Submit a support ticket on their website^[1]
- post this to their ann thread^[2]
- or simply message sportsbet.io^[3] directly on this forum

I wrote their livechat, but they said bet voided. I want to understand until voided my ticket won game +4.5 why my ticket should void? If game voided why under 18.5 tickets lost?

In your chat with live support, did they give you any explanation why it was voided? There's probably a rule in there that Sportsbet can still void active bets in case of player retirement (subject to a refund). I think it's fair play not to return the bets that were already lost before the match was voided (under 18.5 already lost by the end of second set just like what @eternad said).

What I understand on the case of under 18.5 was the bet is already lose regardless if the game still continues or not  while in your case, there’s a chance that you can still lose your bet  if the player didn’t retired earlier since the retired player has a chance to score more and close the gap to erase your margin.

This is correct analysis on both bet types that OP brought up. Voiding unfinished game is the most common to handle this kind of situation but I have no idea if the parlay it belong will be voided too or payout without the odds of voided game.Although I’m unsure if the whole parlay is right to be voided for this result since this fall under special cases but still it depends on the terms and condition of the casino with regards to there game will govern on this matter.

Give us an update about the support reply and I’m sure sportsbet owner will answer here once they see this.

I have read the topic. First of all congrats for your betslip that has won. You are complaining about Sportsbet.io's decision but you could have understood the reason if you read the rules. If the mentioned tennis player didn't withdraw from the game he had a possibility of winning the set by 5-7. If this possibility got real then your +4.5 handicapped bet was going to lose and the bet wouldn't be concluded terminatively. Because of this, your +4.5 handicapped bet wasn't valid and -4.5 handicapped bets have also been cancelled at the same time.

If the -4.5 handicapped bets are cancelled and the +4.5 handicapped bets are paid then this would make the website be in loss. The rule related to the reason for the finalization of the under 18.5 bet and the ending of the bet terminatively is here:

Do you have proof that other players that bet under 18.5 loss there bet? You should provide too there screenshot to make sure your supporting evidence is legit. I have no idea on sportsbet ToS on deciding for the result for this kind of games but there’s always a special note on casino ToS that they have the right to void the bet with such event.

Isn't that the usual rule whenever a player decides to retire? From my experience, the game handicaps are usually voided except for certain markets which could vary between sportsbooks as they have a different set of rules for tennis.

I guess it's a different case with the totals as I remember Sportsbet tends to settle the total bet early before the match ends.

I am not a regular bettor on that casino and perhaps those who are regular players there will answer your question. This is why we should communicate with them first before creating a thread and panic, because the site is the only one who can give you the correct reason why they voided your bet. In their rules, there's a specific reason to void a bet and your bet might fall on that category again better to confirm this privately first. If they are not responding and you think, something is not good the way they handle your situation then that is the time for you to share your bad experience with the site, for now we will wait also for your update.

why are you betting if u think sportsbooks all players and tell them to lose/retire ?

I dont mean to be rude, but you should not risk your money especially on tennis if u do not know the rules of settlement in situation like this

this is the simple answer to the OP's problem. but he should have contacted the support if he wants direct answer from the site. but in any case, he found this forum, if he is indeed a newbie. and from this moment, he will use this forum if he has doubts and other things..he can always get a good answer or insight from this forum.

This is nothing, my friend lost a bet of around 300 dollars on "stake" on some overr market because rain canceled the rest of the match. But since 80% of the match had already taken place, his bet was resolved as lost. There was only a difference of a few minutes before it became 80% and rain followed immediately after.

At least you got your money back, and it was according to their terms.
Stop whining.
