I really didnt expect that something like this can happen in 2022 and it gives me more urge to share the story and awful experience i had with 1xbit gambling site (https://1xbit1.com). Everything can be supported by screens of conversation, tx ids on blockchain and others. I have nothing to hide and everything to show.

Even when i am not a fan of lawsuits or sharing "Business" information publicly, attitude of 1xbit gave me no other choices than to share this with everyone who could also get affected and scammed just like I got.

On 3rd of June, 11:00pm UTC i created an account and got my id (several numbers as usual) and created my passport. Shortly after that I deposited 4000 USDT as TRC20 The transaction was credited shortly after i did the deposit.

I decided to bet on WNBA match with odds approximately 1.65 with total amount of 4000 USDT. Important to say that the max amount to bet was around 16,000 USDT so I did bet way lower than max limit.

The match went well and my match was successful and i won the bet. Shortly after I received my winnings (total 6592 USDT) i decided to withdraw whole amount to my TRC20 USDT address. You can see from the screenshots that whole winning amount was credited to my account without any problem. However, shortly after that my withdrawal was declined (no reason specified).

I woke up in the morning (i submitted a withdrawal and went to sleep while the withdrawal was supposed to arrive to my provided address) and realized i dont have the money in my address. Therefore i tried to log into my account only to find out the username and password doesnt work. My account was simply disabled and no reason given.

I then tried to reach out to live support to check what the problem is and how to access my account. I was told to send a message to security department (email) which i did.

After i explained my problem i was told that the company DECIDED TO STOP ANY COLLABORATION WITH ME DUE TO VOLATIONG T&C. No other specifics were given. I was also told (check screens) that i can withdraw deposited amount only (thank god, really appreciate you @1xbit just stole my 2650 usd and not even the 4000 usd deposited).

I tried to find out how i violated the T&C, however no other answers were provided by the 1xbit company. I am sure i havent violated anything. Therefore i consider the match that was in the end voided as a pure robbery by 1xbit and i am ready to take a legal action.

If you want to provide some kind of service you must play by rules and fair. Everyone is your friend (in gambling) when youre losing money. Once you start winning, hidden T&C are being shown to you to excuse any unfair play by the casinos and gambling sites.

I am a witness and victim of this pure steal and robbery and can not this let go without any action. Even if this saves one person from not using 1xbit i will be glad.

Feel free to switch on notifications as i will provide updates whenever 1Xbit answers or about the legal action that will take place.

Same text will be shared on Twitter, Review servers and also will be switched on as Twitter ads to reach relevant audience so more people can stop using this scam service called 1xbit.

If 1xbit decides to reward me and pays what they owe i will update this thread and state that everything has been sorted. Until then, the ads will run infinitely.

Best regards,

They appear to be a scam company and it seems you’ve been caught up in their usual modus operandi.

Have a look at these threads - I don’t know if this is any comfort to you , but at least you got your deposit back !

To be honest, we are also here whenever we see a new accusation against 1xbit really can't understand why is this still happening? after so much time, and various discussions, there are those who ignored all that and deposited in 1xbit fraudsters?

Since your case is positively solved, I suggest you log out from 1xbit and forget about them. Also, you don't need to open two identical threads about the same case, so you can lock one of them.

I Will not condemn the Betting site yet until I hear from them... neither will I take accusations of those who promote gambling or admit they are gamblers seriously. I have noticed xbet or something like that, which is probably related to 1xbit, sponsor several world football competitions, and I wonder why the regulators allowed them despite many accusations against it on this forum and probably elsewhere.

By the way, from my little observations of how the betting site run things, for example, the use of half naked ladies on its site which is in no way related to their business, I suspect the owner/owners is as desperate as other business owners.
I hope to see their defense before I conclude

Hundreds of scam accusations against that site
Good luck waiting to hear from them.  It's a known scam site.
Most of accusations in this section against betting sites its against 1xbit
Not sure why you replied to this thread as it seems you never seen any single Scam accusations against 1xbit ( there a lot ).

How did you miss ALL the warning signs associated with the 1xbit/1xbet/kawbet scammers?

And yes even in 2022 this sort of thing can happen and does happen every day..... scammers are everywhere trying everything they can in order to steal from their own customers.

You violate there ToS by winning huge money(Pun intended). Anyway this is a very huge loss despite they refund the initial deposit because if the OP lose his bet, He can’t have a refund. 1xbit is getting worst on blatantly and yet they can still freely operating without any lawsuit since they are confident that no one will waste money to file case against them.

Maybe we should create a petition to cancel there gambling license to operate like on change.org or any gambling related website that the same cause.

The pun is spot on but what you described is effectively is the manner in which all scam gaming/betting websites (that have dubious terms and conditions) operate their businesses.

It is all too apparent they implement their ToS in order to satisfy their own agenda and that usually means trying to justify withholding payments to innocent victims who simply believed they were sending funds to (and playing at) trusted websites.

This is an old story I have seen this before many times, if you won a big amount they will disable and ban you and just give you your deposit, they only want losers in their casino, they don't want winners, it's been like this since last year and this will go on for many more years unless those who got scam to take their case to authorities or their host and disable their casinos for going online, there should be united action to take down this casino.

seeing that they already sent you an email about ending their "collaboration with you" only means that they have already made their final decision and you won't be getting your winnings. at least they allowed you to get your initial deposit.

You violate there ToS by winning huge money(Pun intended).
this is funny, especially with the number of people coming here to complain about 1xbit banning them and confiscating their winnings because they won.

Thank you for having described in a very clear and detailed way how sportsbooks are scamming winners. Everyone should be aware of this modus operandi, casinos use their bullshit ToS to scam winners without saying anything until they try to withdraw their winings.
Then casino shillers should stop to try to silence complainants by claiming they have not been scammed because something is written somewhere in the ToS of the casino. When I transact with someone else I don't default to pay him by saying it was written in my underwear that I wont pay you if the sky become cloudy.
It's just a common way from casinos to cheat their winning customers.

1xbit1 dot com? They got a [their 42nd it feels like] new domain name already, it seems.

Maybe the old domain of 1xbit was seized by the authorities, as everyone seems to be after them and also their 1xbet parent company & owners Smiley

Maybe we should create a petition to cancel there gambling license to operate like on change.org or any gambling related website that the same cause.

I don't think 1xBit has a gambling license, otherwise it would be mentioned on their website. They don't even have a company name or registration number either, so I don't even know what their legal status is. This is as far from legal as you can possibly get. Unless you mean 1XBET's license, but 1xBit denies any connection to 1XBET (a blatant lie, of course).

1xBit has no gambling license.
In fact, 1xBET has even been banned from multiple countries. I wouldn't be surprised if this includes all their subsidaries and they ban 1xBit as well.

The 1xit.com website shows maintenance:

The 1xbit1.com website shows their website in working order with the same copy and paste drama unfolding under a different URL:

===================

===================

===================

I mentioned in the past about their claim to be protected by law but when I asked which jurisdiction any litigation would take place in the event a victim wanted justice..... unsurprisingly, 1xbit refused to reply with a specific to-the-point answer  Roll Eyes

No, they do not have a gambling licence from any country, they have no gambling licence from any jurisdiction not even from Curacao.

I really didnt expect that something like this can happen in 2022

So this year 2022 scamming will be a thing of the past? or where have you been, you can read scams and scams on the internet even in a non Cryptocurrency industry almost every day, your words betray you.

and it gives me more urge to share the story and awful experience i had with 1xbit gambling site (https://1xbit1.com). Everything can be supported by screens of conversation, tx ids on blockchain and others. I have nothing to hide and everything to show.

Thanks for sharing you are part of the hundreds of reports about 1XBIT but yours will not be the last I expect many more reports like this in the future because 1XBIT spends a lot of money on advertising and fake testimonials.

Sad to hear you lost funds. Where you were before getting scammed and how have you discovered this forum after being deceived? If you were searched before about 1xbit then you might find many accusations against them and won't lose. However, they don't care about the forum reputation, so we can't help you anyway. They are doing it for a long time.
