Do you mean in a CEX or DEX? I this the liquidity module is serves (AMM) for decentralized liquidity and not for centralized platforms.

CEXs is database based with cold storage and hot wallet (for despite and withdrawal) that it does not need have liquidated module.

But you have to be very careful specially those who are claiming to be experts, you have to filter out those applications and interview them carefully if they are a perfect fit to what you are looking for. There are many scammers out there, so this is just a warning.
