Introduction To VKAX

Vkax is an experimental project which is born out of the need to create easy mining algorithm that are user friendly and devoid of asic mining. It uses its own algorithm called ‘Mike’ a variant of ghostrider algorithm. Its a digital experimental currency that enables instant, private payments to anyone at any time of the day with no limitations. Vkax uses peer-to-peer technology to operate with no central authority: managing transactions and issuing money are carried out collectively by the network. Vkax Core is the name of the open source software which enables the use of this currency. Vkax is a complete fork of Dash coin which uses Masternodes and other technology to secure its blockchain

Mining

Vkax uses the mike’s algorithm which is a variant of the ghostrider algorithm and uses a smooth difficulty process


Reward

Mining of vkax gives out the sum of 10,000 VKAX out of which 2,500 goes to Masternode owners. This 10,000 VKAX would stay until height 1950005 and within that period subsidy at every block height 210240 would take place. After height 1950005 reward would fall back to 500 VKAX and so on.

I have mined over 9 million as I have counted. The wallet balance keeps dropping by more than half. At 10:15am EST my balance was 5,425,000. This is after it dropped the wallet balance by more than half at 4:30am this morning. At 12:44pm the balance showed 1,935,000. What in the world is going on? I hope you can answer this for me. If not I will have to abandon this project and would encourage other to do the same. I hope I am wrong.

I went into their discord, and was told wait, a pool would be coming. They said that more than 24 hours ago. Right now, while the difficulty is low, they are not sharing the miner publicly.

We've added Vkax (VKAX) to http://zpool.ca/algo/mike. See below for connection details.

Fee only: 0.5% or less
BTC payouts are processed once a day for balances above 0.0015
Payouts for all other currencies are made automatically every 4 hours for balances above 0.05 and balances more than 0.0125 are included in one of the payouts each day.

Wallett stopped syncing ~10 days ago.
Then I installed 18.0.1, then 18.0.3 and the result is the same, it can't sync with the network.
Tried wallet repair recan 1-2 and repair 1-2, without luck.
On the pool I can see the payments, but right now I've got no access to my coins.

sent a mail to developer@vkax.xyz, but email came back:
