This is the first time I hear about Cryptomus.com and I was surprised by the number of reviews you have. It seems that you have been working for a while and running a successful business. I wish you success.

Most of Trustpilot's negative reviews^[1] talk about freezing the transaction due to flagged as high-risk aka anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, but what happens if the user refuses to complete the identity verification procedures? Will the funds be returned to him?

Many complaints talk about the support team's response, which is very poor. Are there any plans to improve this?

The reviews there are not really speaking well for the cryptomus.com company and all their reviews there I didn't see any person who speak good about the project. And if those things are legit then the cryptomus.com should do something about it before it is too late. Those things do not speak well for a company that like to do well in the forum. Out of the 232 reviews, it is only the first 4 reviews speak good about the cryptomus.com and all the rest are in the opposite.

Does anybody even use WoT anymore? I remember hearing about it 15 years ago when it came with Norton antivirus along with some other preinstalled crap.

But I thought that with the gradual enshittification of the internet and the moving of everything from websites to apps, that people would have eventually forgot about that website.

This payment gateway generates attention from the community because they recently launched a signature campaign, which is the right thing to do; but they should have first done research, like looking for a good designer to design their signature banner, a good signature design attracts clicks that lead to conversion.

Another thing to consider is hiring a signature campaign manager who will pick the right people for the campaign suited for the platform they are promoting; we are not lacking a good campaign manager here.

Anyway, the start of the campaign is this coming July I hope they can improve as they move forward on their campaign; it's hard to duplicate the success of other payment gateways before them, but if they keep listening to suggestions from the community they will eventually reach their goal.

I can see like and mostly from TrustPilot Reviews, it is only the first four persons said something good about the project and other above 50 were bad recommendations. And since they are here now, they can clean up the bad recommendations and for the signature design, I don't think they are ready to hire any professional because they are doing everything by themselves gradually. And I think they are getting it gradually because at first they came with only the website link but yesterday they done some different with all the ranks. Hopefully by the end of the first week, something good will come out to replace the present ones. And they have to know that the best review site they will ever use is this forum.

I see they have selected one of the best campaign managers Royse   to manage their campaign. I think this is a good initiative which they should have done earlier otherwise the previous incidents in the forum would not have happened to them.
Hopefully this time they will be able to successfully come back under the proper guidance of Roysee

Now we can see that they are doing good efforts for marketing their site nicely in this forum. Although their first try is somehow off due to many questionable things which is understandable since I think the owner didn't have any experience to run a good marketing campaign in bitcointalk. Now that their campaign has been handled well by one of reputable campaign manager in this platform and their signature codes looks appealing now compare to their last one we can say that they are doing so good at the moment.

Lets hope for the best and let see if Cryptomus will succeed then offer good services to their potential clients here.

I do not know if there is an official representative in the forum currently, but I have issues with completing my registration on the wallet. I am receiving the confirmation code when I try to use the email option to sign up, and even the cell number.

It can easily be argued that the ban is for the person (not the company) therefore the employee who committed the plagiarism was fired and the account is managed by someone else (similar cases have occurred with accounts that were sold.)

Personally, I do not support banning commercial accounts due to plagiarism, giving them a signature ban is sufficient in most cases.
