stock exchange probit stole my money

Hello. please help me understand the situation. 07/09/2022 09:19:43 I sent BNS coins to the probit.com exchange, unfortunately they did not appear in my wallet, support did not answer my questions. I checked the address several times, I didn’t make any mistakes, I sent everything to the address that was indicated on the exchange. I contacted the admin of the BNS group, he checked my transaction and confirmed that I did everything correctly and there were no errors, he also said that he would contact the admins of the exchange, let them check the contract. Today, probit.com just turned off deposits. in response, they wrote to me that I should check the contract, and if it does not match, then they can’t help me with anything. tell me how to return the money?

would you mind posting any screenshots/evidence to support your claim including your conversation with the BNS group that you contacted and the response the probit.com support gave to you? providing this evidence could convince people to support your scam accusation. also, the thread would be better to be moved in scam accusations

Not sure why you can use this unknown exchanges and already have several accusations in this forum since 2020, there's nothing you can do to return your coins even though it's centralized coins and can be reversed if the owner/team want to do that. Don't really hope to get your coins back since you're only can pray to Probit to not scam.

Sorry to hear that buddy, but you should move your topic to the Scam Accusation board and provide as much evidence as possible, including txid and conversation screenshots. It won't help you rbing back your money but it may serve as warning to other members not to use Probit.

Because shitcoins can usually be found only on those kind of obscure dodgy exchanges like Probit so if you want to sell then, you don't have much options other than risk is and send it there.

after reading the topics above, I understand that probit often deceives its users..in the future I will be more careful in choosing an exchange for trading..probably I wanted to make money too quickly)) very unpleasant, because probit wrote many times that he supports Ukraine and Ukrainians... Now I I see the real value of their support..

I have been using probit a few times but you must be careful with shitty exchange like this. The owner of exchange (team) can change their policy anytime they want. I was able to withdraw my money caused by i was doing hit-and-run trade but I never tried to use this exchange site again. This exchange site is shitty exchange site.

Kucoin still listed this coin but it's lack of liquidity and the price is pretty high among other exchanges https://www.kucoin.com/trade/BNS-USDT

MEXC is also a shit exchange too, many shitcoins always listed on that's exchanges, similar like Hotbit. The another thing is, they're charging ridiculous fee and not profitable at all. I guess Bitbns exchange is more unknown than probit, that's the reason why the @OP didn't use it.

It's unfortunate you went through that bad experience. Your funds are at probit's mercy. We can't do anything much here to recover your funds.

OP, did you notice earlier that the BNS deposit status on Probit is currently unavailable? I don't know since when, you shouldn't make a deposit because your balance might really not be credited. If I translate correctly (from Russian) you make a deposit on July 9th.

Thank you all for your replies, it's not always possible to answer. while I'm still trying to fight probit, they started to put pressure on me and demand that I put $1000 on my account)) they should start searching for my coins, but it's not my fault, I sent the crypt earlier, they changed the information on the token after that when I started writing to them. Today they stopped me from writing to them, now when I try to contact probit. they are taking me to a third party zendesk site.. they are doing something very stupid. not at all like a self-respecting exchange.
The developers of the coin promised to influence the situation, now I'm just waiting.

Damn, I've heard a lot of bad things about probit and you should have made a research before you did the deposit. With that behavior, you know that where it is going.

Let's just hope that the BNS developers will heavily influence them and take the concern of yours seriously and act on it accordingly.

That was shady behavior by the garbage shady scam exchange site like probit. The worst thing is if you may not able to get your money again but i hope that if your problem can be solved very soon. This time any dollars are very important caused by we have seen so many countries have been facing very big crisis. Im sure that if you were also aware about what happened with the world.

You see they know the transaction is successful but didn't credited into your account so the whole issue is on the side of exchange but sadly they have to return it or else it will be a loss and you can't do anything. As mentioned above you can open scam accusation thread against them but if they are known for that then its not really going to impact anything.

The reason why they can never go beyond the level they are now, they lack any element of professionalism and have all the ingredients of notorious scammers who don't care about all the multiple complaints and accusations made by users against them. Any exchange that cares about building a good reputation will strive to solve at least 90% of customers' complaints but probit is the total opposite of that and should be avoided at all cost.

and i think you have learn enough now that  never trust  exchange that is not proving proofs , meaning those sites that has not proven anything yet.

these types of exchange are the one we can call as Fly By Night in which only tend to deceive and get users money and then Gone.

Yes be more careful. I only used this kind of exchange for my airdrops or promotions tokens like airdrop but never gonna way pass my btc or any major asset which can be trapped by them anytime.

You are lucky that you even received the withdrawal you requested. According to some allegations, nothing is sent. More reason for you to keep away from the exchange from now forward.

At least they are still paying your money. It took more than 2 weeks for me to withdraw from this exchange site. How shitty this exchange site it but im sure that if anyone have different experience about this probit exchange site. I don't know why there are people who still actively using this garbage exchange site who often restricting its users to withdraw their money. It seems like the shit token traders are very active trading in this exchange site.
The listing was also very expensive.
