If you dont want to use bonus then you can remove by contacting support and proceed a withdrawal. But I would like to underline that there are no additional wagering requirements for the bonus. In other words, you can place a bet using half your bonus on odds 1.5 or higher and bonus will be considered as wagered and free to withdraw. Easy as that.

I think it is just on your end. I have already browsed the site in both the mobile version and the main site and can I say that I don't experience any slow loading or any lag issue. I also install their mobile app and I like it.

As for their different channels, I think they should also make one for English or general.
