It's not just Google. Even the other search engines bring up the fake reviews on top. Perhaps 1xbit invested a lot of resource to make sure their scam stays a float.
I sincerely doubt that this happened by itself, so it is logical to conclude that this company has enough knowledge or money to position itself at the top of the search results with positive reviews and comments. I am not an expert in these matters, but it seems that it is not difficult to convince Google that
bad is good, if we take for example the CM site where someone pushed the phishing site to the top of the search, and threw the legitimate website a few places back.
