What happened: I not bet in bookmaker long time.
But when i check email. i have promo from Fortunejack - bet 2 days with minimal amount 5 mbtc and we give you 5 mbtc freebet
It looks good deal.
I bet first day 2000 trx  and lose
after i bet second day and lose again 1777 trx
was unlucky. but i still have a chance with bonus freebet
But NO. they say that not want credit freebet for my account!
when i ask why  and they answer - "because our team not want do this"

a clever trick when the bookmaker lured me with a bonus and refused to give it!

you can tell that this bookmaker has a very good reputation and has been proven over the years! But you are wrong!
There are a lot of negative reviews about how this bookmaker deceives people under a fictitious pretext!
In my case, the bookmaker does not want to give the reason why he refuses to pay!

It would be better if you can show the full discussion from the beginning. I'm sure there is a specific valid reason why they cant give you the bonus, it is just weird if you say that the reason is that they dont want to do it. As long as I know, there are always requirements/rules for every promotion in Fortunejack. Did you do something against the rules?

And the first thing I would like to start with is to ask you a question:
do you admit that you sent me a promo offer in which you ask me to make bets for two days and then receive a bonus freebet on the 3rd day???
I also want to note that the promo indicates a bet size of at least 5 mBTC - which is not a small amount at all!


p.s. in the continuation of the story. FJ refused to withdraw the rest of my money, saying that according to their rules it is too small for withdrawal - 3.65mbtc
