As a note they only make you pay the 49 - the other amount is the load value - which they do not require you to pay. The table above were for those that joined the group buy to select their numbers

Should still be available to order directly as well. Having received over 30 sets personally, I would think they are safe.

Anyone have any ideas when the app will be approved, or if there's some type of early version that can be loaded up through an APK etc?

Got a few sets of these things and they look awesome. Probably end up giving a few away and keeping a few as a "cold" storage.

I did ask and they said apple was still pending the app - tried to use another nfc app and while it let me read the tag - I cannot write to it

Figured I'd give this thread a little bumpy-bump;

I reached out on twitter and they told me they've been getting the run around from the app store reviewers for about 4 weeks now and that they're hoping it's been escalated properly already. I've been trying to push the idea to them on putting out an APK or some type of hub so that we can sideload apps ourselves. I think if it takes too much longer it's something they actually consider. Really hoping they can get it up and running before the holidays since I want to hand a few of these bad boys out as presents

Yeah I managed to scan it and you can even write to it (I believe) using NFC tools. I just wouldn't even know where to begin with what data to write lmao. I'm thinking with how good the notes look there's no way they let this hiccup stop them. Would be a lot of effort to put in for nothing.

Just wanna bump this to add these folks have more or less stopped responding to any of my emails or twitter messages. Yet it still seems like their site is taking reservations for orders  Had high hopes for these things but almost seems like it'll be a display piece at this point. If anyone has heard anything different feel free to post about.

Honestly, that's all I ever intended for them to be.  I like the looks of the notes, but never had any intention of funding them.  I haven't looked too deeply into the compatible app, so I'm not sure about all the workings.  I may be paranoid, but if I understand things correctly the app is used to generate an address.  That's a non-starter for me if the notes are intended to be "cold storage."

As for their spotty responses; they delayed shipment of the batch that Mopar ordered also, for whatever that's worth.

agreed - have had zero response or luck with the app - doubt I would ever load them but it would be nice if things still worked like they were supposed to - this is what happens when you have a wallet that requires trust or reliance upon a 3rd party for them to work right.

Release it or not , well lucky for us . remind me of a coin use 2FA no way to redeeemedd it  .

Yeah, I wouldn't use em as cold storage per say but was hoping to give a few away around the holidays. Maybe load a set and leave em in the safe just cause they look cool.

No harm no foul I guess, just wish they'd just say that instead of leaving their site up if the app isn't going to come though. Oh well!
