Let me explain, from my point of view.
I'll start from afar...

I've been in crypto since 2013, so I've seen a lot of different projects. I confirm your opinion - I can't name any successful crypto-agro project!
I "noticed" this project (AGTI) around September 2022. I am a citizen of Ukraine myself, I got interested. These are my personal analytics, from public sources

Let's start with the last quarter:

A bit of analytics for the fourth quarter of 2023:
Between 01/10/2023 and 31/12/2023, tokens sold: 1,255,905 AGTI
Approximately 383,553.39 USDT raised (including contests and pools, excluding downgrades in promotional sales, excluding referral fees)
Weighted average token rate for the period: 0.3054 USDT\AGTI

Investments, mainly raised for:
- Mushroom Project
- New cultivation system (vertical), pilot project
- Preparation for winter

On 01/01/2024 quarterly dividends were accrued !
