I would be interested to know which cryptoyoutuber is honest:

Which crypto youtuber called the top at 69k and also said on his channel that he is now selling his bitcoin position?



Most crypto Youtuber were hopium dealers after all and not really honest. They used us to pump their bags and secretly sold Bitcoin at 60-69k without us telling it.

I know the "Blockchain Backer" called the top and said on his channel that he is now selling bitcoin at 65k.

What other crypto Youtuber has done that too?

I'm not sure who's who on the Youtube as far as bitcoin goes, so for me, it doesn't matter who sells at the top, secretly or saying it on their channel. Besides, just like you and me, this so called influencers and "experts" are just like you and me, making wild and educated guess and if they hit it, then good for not.

Just remember PlanB's $100k++ prediction at the end of last year, everything was perfect until it failed in December. Do you think he sold his stash or not? nobody knows and doesn't matter to us. We all have our own plan and strategy to sell, in my opinion.

Today Bitcoins is up by 7.8% which means that people who might have been waiting for a great time to sell are holding onto their high hopes, I do think that knowing about the Youtubers won't help you since you cannot hold them accountable for anything, you cannot even talk to them regarding it, all you can do is comment and spread their word and some weak minded people might get influenced as well, i do think that it's not needed to understand who is doing that because at the end it's your decision to hold and sell and the more you get influenced by other people the worse it might be therefore invest and hope for the best, September is always the season for boon for Bitcoins.

I don't think many people were expecting the price to behave like this. We had all taken it for granted that this cycle was going to be a repeat of the previous ones and that, therefore, the price was going to go much higher than $70,000.

The youtubers also make more money in bull markets than in bear markets and I think that a mixture of desire and reality prevented them, if there was anyone who smelled what was coming, from making a downward prediction and unwinding positions.

Plus imagine if a famous youtuber had made such a prediction and announced he was selling, and he was wrong, that the price had gone to $200,000 or thereabouts. He would have made a fool of himself.

They won't gonna tell you because when they do, no one will gonna believe them anymore and surely they will lose a huge number of subscribers if they see loopholes in what seems to be a strong argument that the YouTuber saying that he is holding his BTC for long terms and the fans will witness he is selling it for the current high price. You don't trust these guys same for those who promote shitcoins because they are investors themselves and it is just commonsense that they will talk good about the coins they are currently holding. In other words, they are just simply sales talking and you on the other hand will be lured if you believe his rubbish.

I think you should take whatever crypto YouTubers say with a huge grain of salt. There are some good guys (like Andreas Antonopoulos) who are talking about Bitcoin and/or blockchain purely for educational purposes, so they try to rely on facts and provide analysis based on their knowledge. Normally, that doesn't involve predicting the prices or giving financial advice. As for those reviewing various cryptos, keep in mind they're very likely to get paid for promoting the projects they review. And regarding the price of Bitcoin and predicting it, there's no science behind these actions, so even a decent person (the one who doesn't lie on purpose) can make mistakes.

They’re all full of shit, I’ve found far more reliable, more knowledgable people on this forum than any kind of social media outlet. I can’t give names but a few of the guys on here are really good at TA & price predictions.

I'd be careful about trying to find this. I made a post after the first peak saying it was a profitible strategy to sell new aths (admittedly I didn't really do it myself - just opened a few low risk-lev shorts when the trend started to change after an ath - because I don't know when to buy back).

those who are in the name of professional crypto youtubers are just influencers who influence people for their own benefit. The more followers, the easier it will be. Sometimes they also promote certain coins to keep in the pump.
I have more faith in the people on the forums and on twitter, there are some professionals with TAs and FAs who explain how bitcoin is doing, not just bullshit.

I do not follow any Youtuber who is more into predicting prices rather than being realistic, so I wouldn't mind who. Back then, I didn't have any Bitcoin as I only have ETH and some notable crypto assets before my wallets got hacked. So whatever happens to Bitcoin, I do not take advice from those influencers and gurus who are just hyping and predicting about the price of Bitcoin or altcoins without any promises or guarantees at all.

Take everything with a grain of salt if you see this so called crypto Youtuber. And I guess everyone should make their analyst on when to sell and when to buy.

And for sure, if you have a poll here, many community members doesn't follow these Youtuber because you really don't where their advise is coming from, maybe they do good TA, but still it doesn't mean they should be trusted or whatnot. And remember that they are also making money from Youtube, so they may say whatever their viewers wanted to hear.

It's a matter of fact that anyone making predictions is doing just that, making predictions based on things they've perceived as correlations, and weighing in the current climate of the economy, and basing a prediction off of that. Basically, it's pure speculation, and anyone claiming to have got it right once, has probably predicted it a million times before that. There's a common saying of throwing enough shit on the wall before some of it sticks, and that rings true here.

The thing is no one remembers the person who predicted wrong, but everyone remembers when someone gets it right. That's the nature of the business, and any speculators should be taken with a pinch of salt. Ultimately, they're just like you, and I. I actually believe Bitcoin is more unpredictable than other investments out there.

Not that fan on following or watching youtubers who do involved about crypto price predictions and telling something on what they do or what people should do but its not bad to look at on what analysis they had
made for them to say that they are presuming that it was on the top.It was indeed a right call i would say even myself wasnt expecting that it was the peak point and now the market did make out a nasty correction
which we do dip back on 20k below.Skill or just coincidence? With this unpredictable market then i could say both because people could make use of indicators which they can really foreseen if this market is already

Although I agree you were right about the part that most of them are just lucky enough to make some profit but I don't agree the part where most of them are scammers/correct about hitting the correct price since no one knows about the exact price and I don't think being a youtuber will have to do with scamming people if they are legit youtubers except with those who are part of the group signal where they play the market with their followers/members just to gain/take advantage.

Most of them especially the one that OP mentioned are just predicting the market, pure speculation.
I'm just glad that there are some YouTubers who are not giving hopium to others or hyping up most of the newbies.
Overall, as what other said, I don't trust cryptocurrency influencers especially on Youtube.

Tbf, I don't think many youtubers were saying to sell everything at $20K. Most of them told everyone to hodl from $69K down to $20K. It's true most thought price was going to $10K, $12K or $14K, because they didn't see resistance levels being broken. So in defence of the overly bearish sentiment of crypto twitter or crypto youtubers, at least they can change their analysis when price changes and does the opposite of what they thought. The fact that most didn't think the bottom was in around $17.6K is personally what gave me hope, knowing that most of these influences get it wrong.

As per my "usual" sense, I feel like that OP is trying to promote their own youtube channel. Yeah, if they might have shared the exact link of that video with minutes and seconds where that youtuber predicted the top of bitcoin market's peak levels of current cycle then I might have approach to this topic. These days all social media infulencers are innovating new clickbait tricks for getting views and likes and this could be one of them.

I am sure more than 50% of readers of this topic might go searching of the mentioned youtuber and their channel. (Moreover, I am not sure about available data on tracking publishing date of a video and editing details on the content of a published video).

Just calling a top without any supporting analysis is mere fluke. I do follow many analysts who are stronger with their technical parts still they manage only 80% accuracy. Yeah, FOMO and FUDs do not follow any TA or FA hence calling a top or bottom all the times is not possible for anyone.

Richard Heart, but he did not say he would be selling. He just said that was the top, and that the price would fall from there.
However, he did not predict the double top. I saw no youtuber predicting it.
