Yes, Bitcoin will reach $100k for sure. However, when it hits $100k no one can tell you for sure. That's the million dollar question. It will probably take years for bitcoin to reach a new ATH .
if you have faith in bitcoin then now you should just focus on buying and holding, once bitcoin hits $100k we won't get a chance to see bitcoin at $20k again, those who don't buy now will be the ones who regret it later.

actually we can tell when and that is after  after the halving season in 4-5 years from now but if you are asking for a sooner result then this is past due as the last halving happened back in 2021 when price indeed increase incredible .

If in the near future the price of $100k in Bitcoin is still very difficult to happen because considering the price of Bitcoin which is currently still at $23k so there is more time needed for Bitcoin to reach the price of $100k if there are many people who make bulk buying in Bitcoin with good news support from now on.
So it's still likely to happen, but support is also needed in this case for Bitcoin.

Since I also bought BTC at $5000 and sold it at $40000, I don't think it's going to go up again in the future. This didn't happened a long back. During the previous bull market this was the discussion. The price of bitcoin was around $3000. By the time speculations were to reach $5000. Even the prediction of $8000 - $10k were criticised. This is the reality of people's mind, and the market outlawed reaching close to $20k which is the ath by that time.

I don't know, but several cycles have proven that BTC price movements are unpredictable. But reaching $100K is possible. But when, you will never know. So far the decline in the price of BTC is still reasonable. This is similar to 2018 after the halving. This year is also similar, but there are slight differences due to poor macro-financial conditions. I still believe that BTC still has confidence and is capable of returning to ATH.

Considering the percentage of global adoption so far, there is a huge tendency that the price of Bitcoin will reach $100k or go beyond that.  We have also seen the effect of Bitcoin halving and when a FOMO takes place in the market.  Aside from that, institution keeps on flocking into the Bitcoin industry thus, creating a much larger range of demand.

I do think Bitcoin at $100k is feasible but we have to wait some years for that to happen.

Of course. I am very positive we will experience that but for me, it will take a lot of time to get there. No one can tell when. I am just positive for the long term of Bitcoin. Especially the Bitcoin block halving event of Bitcoin which really important event to the Bitcoin market.

I don't think it's coming anytime soon, but as you're talking about it, the future could be If someone has combed through BTC from $1000 to now, it is only a matter of time before it sets the bar higher. Any types of speculation would be nothing if not because of the people that make an action of buying and selling. That was the one that drives the price. The main reason why 100k is so elusive is because it wasn't a small amount.

You can't just expect that btc will continue to rise on that amount once it start moving upwards but there is a process here that needs to be followed and that is once we reached every new ath, the price will go down for a while before it will move up again hitting another ath. If 100k won't be achieved before halving then after halving we can easily get it, since halving is said to bring a positive impact to the price of btc.

It won't come until the halving happens, we just hit ATH in Nov 2021 so don't expect another bull season to happen this year or 2023. Historically, down cycles have typically lasted 3 to 4 years, $100k goal isn't too hard with bitcoin but everything takes time. along with that we are entering a recession so it is very likely that bitcoin will fall very deeply before rising again. I do agree that we will see 100k, its not going to be a shock. But we are all disagreeing on the time, its going to be different times for sure. Probably should post this in bitcoin and not altcoin speculation but in general yeah.  I don't think anyone doesn't see 100k in bitcoins future.  So it lost a significant value.  Go look at all past rises and falls.  It always comes out significantly higher than the last time.  My guess is next run floats bitcoin up to 200-300k.

So because some people made some predictions that didn't come true means Bitcoin cannot go further? Everyone has the right to say what they want and for those that their predictions came thru doesn't mean they actually knew it was going to, that's why it is a PREDICTION.
Look at where Bitcoin is coming from, and even from 2017 ATH, Bitcoin dropped about -85% to $3k+ and still come to an ATH of $69k+ which is about 2000% or even more.
I strongly believe that Bitcoin Investment is not a today/tomorrow ROI type of thing but you have to understand taking advantage of market positions like now and grind it out till the next ATH.

Unlike any other cryptocurrency, bitcoin always have its Market dominance. This is not just on its usage, but of its multiple functionality. Bitcoin have got more as a store of value, investment, transaction asset and many. We can't see the altcoins serving in such a way. As said 5 more months left to end the year. So, it is not a big task for bitcoin to touch $100k. Anything can happen in a short, however the prediction to reach $100k is much connected to the upcoming halving.

If what you meant by 'near future' is next months or next few months, I think its highly unlikely. But next year, maybe yes but maybe no, I mean nothing is impossible. Bitcoin halving generally has positive impact on the Bitcoin price, but if the Bitcoin price keep falling like now for another months or two, I doubt the BTC price reach $100k or even its ATH again before the halving.

That depends on what you mean by the near future, the next bitcoin halving will happen in just a couple of years and I think that after a few months or a year bitcoin will be able to reach 100k, that is not too long of a time to wait for bitcoin to reach 6 figures, however if you are expecting this to happen during next months then you are going to be disappointed as I do not think this is possible, especially since the whales are most likely manipulating the price to remain this low.

First of my personal observations, the crypto market has a cyclical nature, which indicates periodically repetitive actions. Bitcoin's supply become even less and less. Bitcoin can be considered as a deflation asset which was decreasing. Even when it has reached the maximum supply and it doesn't mean if bitcoin will be reaching 21 millions. The price can doubled easily when it will be difficult to be mined. So many miners may still mined bitcoin for another 100 years again. I meant we must also see that as an important aspect why bitcoin will reach 100k in the future.

Almost gone more than one year with bitcoin price still drop, drastically when we got bitcoin under $20,000 last several weeks ago. Initially I predicted the same thing at yesterday's Bitcoin Halving, Bitcoin will reach $100 thousand USD, This prediction is based on the historical increase in Bitcoin prices in the previous Halving period. It turns out that this prediction is wrong because Bitcoin has not reached $100 thousand USD so far.

That’s the thing that people need to realize fully. If you are doing something that gets you to 100k then its fine, if you are doing something else and it gets postponed then you are fine and you should be doing something to wait it out but it will get there. Like it may be 100k in 2023, but if anything, bad happens then it will be 2024, and if not then in 2025, but it will get there.
