Arguably, the most significant driver of Bitcoin value is its future price speculation. There have been several speculations of BTC price by top crypto influencers, while some have come to pass but it appears that the 100k price milestone appears elusive.

The $60k prediction came to pass but BTC has since lost more than 65% of its ATH price.

Do you think that BTC will ever rise to and above 100k in the near future? Wil it be before or after the next Bitcoin halving or this price would never come?

Thats true. It is uncertain on when will the price might start to consistently increase. Thus instead of asking questions that anyone cant accurately answer, much better to focus on buying Bitcoin, but that is if you believe the price can go higher in the future. Buy then hold, forget for a while the market, come back after few months and see if there's a changes.

Initially I predicted the same thing at yesterday's Bitcoin Halving, Bitcoin will reach $100 thousand USD, This prediction is based on the historical increase in Bitcoin prices in the previous Halving period. It turns out that this prediction is wrong because Bitcoin has not reached $100 thousand USD so far.
But I'm still Optimistic that Bitcoin will reach $100,000 USD after the next Halving, Or maybe it will be faster because the majority of people's predictions have been the same, When the majority of people have the same predictions, then usually the situation will be different.
So while there is an opportunity to buy at a low price, there is no need to wait for the price to be cheaper.

I've got a feeling that BTC is going to pump soon. Some facts back that up, like the fact that on the carts we bottomed and the US will pump the market before mid-term elections, which will also pump BTC. They have an anti-inflation inflationary bill of half a trillion dollars about to be released. There may even be more stimulus checks. Some altcoins have already started pumping. ICP is already up 25% over the last week for example. Most other major alts are up at least 10%.

I hope August is the beginning of a good month for price pumps in the market because last July, bitcoin went up by 17% even though this still can't be said to be something positive because we are still careful whether it will be bullish or bearish? pumps or dumps?

agree with you, August-September is something I prepared to buy some coins before November in my opinion is a good time. throughout history november has been the forthcoming recovery of the altcoins market, it's not a full recovery but a good month in my opinion is early november. But this year, September is the time when the Fed raises interest rates for the 3rd time of the year, many people expect the USD to have a sudden spike in the near future. Judging from the current bitcoin price movement which is experiencing a bit of pressure to move up after experiencing a very deep correction then I would not say that the bitcoin price could reach $100k in a short time, although I believe bitcoin can reach that high but in the current state I think it will take a bit longer for bitcoin and hopefully after the halving day happens it can have an impact on bitcoin price going up and touching $100k.

Bitcoin hitting $100k ain't that hard to happen but it's gonna take a long time for it to reach the price, this month Mt Gox is releasing close to 150k bitcoin to his customers, almost seven years since the customers have been waiting to get it, that will sure make bitcoin dump huge if eventually they all decided to sell, but I believe that few percentage of people will be willing to hold, but a lot of the customers will sell because they are already in huge profits, if bitcoin gets to $8k it will be kind of hard to pump immediately hopefully $17k will be the bottom

But if you are talking about the halving in May 2024 and then it will be followed by the rise, very close and then it will catch up and see the bull run that year, then I would say that $100k can be breached and that will be the new all time high.

well, we believe and are optimistic about bitcoin's price hitting $100k, but as people say, it's hard to predict when the real time will come. in fact, for the next bullrun, I think it would be great if we don't think that the price will reach $100k. what I mean is, it would be easier if it had targets like $40k, $60k, new ATH and so on. I don't want to have high hopes that $100k will be reached in the next bullrun, however, I do expect a new ATH, or better if the bitcoin price is above $50k. Obviously, Bitcoin's value reaching $100K will definitely happen and charts don't lie. It could happen when the bull market starts again and maybe in the year 2025 - 2026. And, of course, there are still at the bear market phase and best thing to do is buy and hold if you are long term holder but others are taking advantage of it by day trading.

I have answered this several times and yes I am constantly telling people that this is possible but not in this sooner time i mean not today and not even in this year alone , if you are going to ask why? the answer is simple  as "Who will invest in this direction when the world is having difficult movement now.

Probably there's a possibility for bitcoin to reach such achievements but surely it will took years before it happens. Unless whales keep holding.

if you are talking about 10-20 years then Indeed that is correct bitcoin will get even higher than 100k , but if you are pointing this year or the next then that is impossible to happen with the market movement now.
though there might be good changes soon yet this is not going to be another ATH.

That’s the thing that people need to realize fully. If you are doing something that gets you to 100k then its fine, if you are doing something else and it gets postponed then you are fine and you should be doing something to wait it out but it will get there. Like it may be 100k in 2023, but if anything, bad happens then it will be 2024, and if not then in 2025, but it will get there. That’s where people are mistaken when they give up, if they buy now, and wait for it to be there for another 3 years, I bet it will happen quicker, but I think it could still happen and x5 increase means it’s better than any other investment and that’s a great thing.
