There is a big difference between professional gamers and mere addicts that can't let go of the game. In my situation there is no opportunity to lose control. For example: I decided to spend $100 for fun. And i have 2 free hours for it. So i should stop if: a) i lose $100 or b) i spend 2 hours gambling and it doesn`t matter how much money i won or lost in that moment.

It is interesting strategy too. And, as i said before, everybody has his own strategy and decided how to gamble by himself.
