I think it's a good choice too as they are advertising their exchange in a large scale. Sports and other advertising platform, you could see them including ads in the known streaming media center.
It's up to you to check about their future, they started years ago but was not that popular. After buying the name of Staples Center for 20 years contract that worth $700M, that is when the name became more popular. You can stake it too at their application.

As per my experiences, you must have KCS and WRX in your portfolio as these are in my watch list and trading right now in lower circuit and may bounce back to 2x to 10x at any time sooner. If you buy and hold KCS within kucoin exchange then you might be getting daily bonus to improve your holding amounts which is exactly working in the similar manner how freebitco.in is providing daily interest to our BTC holding with them.

Wazirx is a sister concern of binance and its token once hit its ATH of 10k satoshi and right now trading around 1k satoshi levels which means if you invest right now then you might be getting chances of cracking easy 10x profits when it will be scaling its previous heights. Overall, I am in favor of having exchange tokens into long term portfolio  but you must need to be cautious while analyzing about exchanges.

actually it's relatively much what I like from dex or cex, ftx, binance is where the majority of people like and dex PancakeSwap, UniSwap, SushiSwap. but there is also a market that I rarely do for keeping balances. bitforex, huobi must be careful when making a deposit because sometimes there is a deposit fee of up to 10% entering the market that I have experienced causing losses, but not all coins are partially available. This is just a suggestion when you want to make a deposit, you have to research so that it doesn't cost a lot of money

You admit that you are still a newbie but how come you already know those things? As a newbie you should start on the very basic coin first which was btc and maybe add some ethereum. These two coins should be your main priority before the others. Cex are being used the most compare to dexe's so you will have more success if you will also invest on cex tokens. You already have one there which is bnb.

You can also add token from kuckoin, I think that was called kcs. Houbi and ftx are I think have their own tokens as well, you can grab them too. Never heard of bitget but dodo, yes. Dodo was once a talk of the town but nowadays I rarely see an update with it.

There’s a lot of alternatives, I can suggest to look first for the top exchanges at CEX and DEX, you can see so many option. I don’t know if you are just advertising those two BITGET and DODO but I can say that I’m not familiar with those exchanges and I wont trust it that much. Go for CAKE, UNI, KSC, and CRO they are the best for me aside from BNB.

Majority of the Exchanges have got their tokens. As for concerned these exchanges have big role in the cryptocurrency market. Unlike the volume and other features of an exchange, investment over an exchange backed coin will surely profit in the long term. Binance is good and for now I suggest FTX which is slowly making big progress in the market.

IMO, exchange tokens are not the best for long term holding but are good for day trading or short time trading, you can buy when the token value is low and hold for some days or weeks/or even months, and sell when the value goes up. Though there are exceptions like BNB. Bascically, ensure you do more research before investing. I prefer Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc. for long term holding.

From a novice perspective, I can only give you one piece of advice to think about balancing risk and return when deciding to enter this market. So it is more realistic to be able to hold more BTC ETH. I see BITGET and DODO as reasonable options to buy and hold in the long run. I think the fact that it will benefit from when the market bounces back is huge, and you need to seize that opportunity with specific plans.

No doubt with BNB and Heco but I don't trust with your choosing about AME coin as exchange token add to our portfolio investment assets, I have been long time with AME token and right now moved to their network from ERC20. Although have own network keep not any bigger exchange listed for this coin and price keep going dump until right now. Drop drastically last few second I checked on Coinmarket cap price and most surprised because ever I sold AME coin trough still with ERC20 network on higher price at $0.1. But right now I can't imagine with how many zero number before points and price of AME $0.0025. I think you need to move AME coins as listed for investing assets although as exchange token.

NMX. Nominex exchange - I think this is partnered with Binance too if I am not mistaken.
CRO. Crypto.com exchange - They are not on the leading exchange yet but who knows what the future will bring. Binance was once unknown too.
FTX token.
That's what I would recommend only as the others are not that good in their reputation yet. Also, some of them have staking available in their exchange.
I think most of us do like that feature.

Bitget can actually grow bigger someday because its an old exchange and lately its growing, they just released their nayive token not too long ago and volumes are growing bigger too, for 0.15$ per token I believe its a steal, this doesn't mean that BNB and FTX tokens can't be profitable on the long run but its left for you.

Exchange tokens are high risk right now because the SEC is pursuing legal action against several exchanges right now. Tokens like BNB could lose up to 90% of their value from here. Privacy will do well in 2023 due to increased regulations over crypto and that's why I'm bullish on Dero and 0xMonero. Most people are moving to DEXs to trade, especially after the recent issues with centralized platforms like Voyager and Celsius. Tokens like BOO and CAKE could be a good buy. When DeFi launches on the internet computer, that will pump ICP as well. This should happen in Q4 so look out for it.

To find a DEX exchange that is popular today of course 1Inch,Pancakeswap is the choice because Pancakeswap also uses the BSC network so it is very appropriate for those of you who already have BNB at the moment, but for the CEX exchange I cannot give a good exchange because until now I have never used the network, and currently still comfortable using the DEX network.

I also prefer BNB over other exchange tokens. If we'll track its record, we could see how it reached a good value for years since its function is promising plus it's supported by a reputable exchange. BNB is also worth investing in on a long-term basis. It always rises along with Bitcoin and other top coins.

When it comes to exchange tokens, the ones that comes to mind are bnb, KCS and FTX. Bnb has grown substantially over the years and still has potential for higher growth. In looking for exchange tokens you should be mindful of the fact that the growth of the token is tied to the exchange. I see KCS as another upcoming exchange that may perform like bnb, so it's a good hold for me.

BNB value is already too inflated, even if it has great ecosystem like binance smart chain, still higher in term of value than the other emerging similar tokens.
though there's certainly so many potential for BNB, moreover it's already losing its big share of value over the recents corrections but i'd invests in less famous similar tokens for the sake of potential that it has.
