Hello, i got banned and now i cant withdrawal my commissions. And im not the only one. There was a rouge staff member trying to get “promotion”
By doing a good job banning account that have lots on commissions. Im not even able to withdraw the commissions.
“Saving the company money”, there is literally no support so if you get banned make sure not to waste your time with support because nobody will be willing to help you.

You needed to bring some reference to support your accusation. Perhaps the email that you have exchanged or chat with the support team. This will help others to analyze the conversation and make up something from it. Right now it's just some words that you left for everyone.

Exactly! The OP will need to provide substantial information to support his accusation from the platform. Words are just words and for you to make your accusation valid, you will need to backed it will any evidence that the platform did you wrong. Possible information you can provide are Screenshot of your account, Proof that the banning on your account is valid and you did not do anything against the ToS of the Casino, Possible solutions you did like contacting their other support team on email or other contact information. Abusing promotion and commissions are common on any platform and it is better to provide proof that you did not do so.

Can you please elaborate further on your case? In addition, please provide all the necessary proof in order to strengthen your claim that this gambling website banned your account for no reason. Not to mention, you also did not state the name of the gambling website you are alleging against.

Just to mention, make sure that you followed all of the TOS mentioned on the gambling website. You might unintentionally violated some of their rules which warranted their decision on your account getting banned. But before that, please provide all the proof necessary, thanks!

When you are affiliated with a site, it's a big problem if your IP match with your affiliates. I have not read the T&C of BC games but standard practice is you can not create multiple account from same IP, household. You can not even use two accounts from same IP. If they are asking KYC for this reason then they have full right to do it. They are following the general terms which is fair.

The only thing you can do now is to explain them nicely of what happened and convince them it will not happen anymore. The rest will depend on their justification.

Although I can see genuine reasons why op have to create this post but I think he is very angry and don't have enough evidence to proof what he is saying. To call a gambling platform a scam, at least there should be enough evidence except the evidence had been deleted by the platform which is real. We need to be careful about some newbies that come to complain of being a scammed looking for people that will support them.

He answered why he was banned. As usual - he cheated and was catched. They always tell us that they were banned for nothing, but after several pages we usually see that they tried to cheat or broke the ToS.
And i don`t think that he angry - he just try to unban account due to the users support. But it doesn`t work so.

Well there are, There are some scammy casino's that are banning their winning players for no reasons. I don't want to name drop a casino but that casino is pretty famous in this forum because of the scam accusations they don't even want to resolve. Not every casino is doing things fairly, This is why we have scam accusations board so we can post unjust bans to casinos. Every judgement will depend on proofs and statement of both parties this is why some people are finding evidences and proof so that they can help to support the thread and make further investigation.

If you and your friend logged the two accounts under the same IP, of course at least one of them is going to be banned, especially because it was used as referral of the first account. Knowing this, you can't say the account was banned for no reason. The reason is clear.

Just avoid commiting the same mistake next time, when gathering referrals for your accounts at another casinos.

I think what you suggested is the best thing so far to do because if any sites you find any difficulties or error to all the sites you have to file petition allegation to them. In the accusation bored so that everybody we will see and read and understand exactly with your evidence off what they have done so wrong so I support you gop should be careful so that it will not mistakely another gambling platform

Haven't heard much from BC.Games until now. Were you able to take some screenshots of your transactions that might help support your claim? You can create a scam thread to this board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 so it will also be easy to look at. Better to provide some evidences so members might support it.
They're representative here is not active, try contacting the owner itself or consulting to some members of gambling forums.

He's risking his reputation here and a high level account with a lot of trust is not something people often use to vouch for a lost cause.
It's not like someone who knows the company and has been working with them has no right to give an opinion. He was open about his affiliation, so it's not like he's shilling or something.

OP's friend registered from his home and used his account as a referral. In most places this is seen as referring yourself and you can get banned for it. It's going to be hard to explain that it was a friend. I can refer my mom, dad, sister, brother and 2 friends and claim they all live with me and then we'll all claim our bonuses.

That`s some big BS you are stating there - sorry for the hard words but that sums it up. I am an affiliate, a professional one, doing this for a living and I cooperate with 100+ companies - needless to say I care a lot about integrity, you should probably visit our website and thread and you will see that you will hardly find anyone as transparent.

I simply shared my experience with the company in question, which has only been positive. OP has had issues with affiliate matters, I am saying (luckily) I have not experiences any issues/problems ever, having sent BC.Game lots of business.
