What's the most BTC you've ever spent on something? Must be a consumer product or service, etc.

What was the date and price of BTC at the time?

I dunno for sure but you can see my history on here buying some things that are sure worth a whole lot less in translated bitcoin to dollar value today. Bitcoin was around $200 or so when I first bought so I’m sure I was spending a ton of coins on things worth a tiny fraction of that value today.

November 2017, bitcoin price was around $8000, the laptop cost around $4000.... So little under 0.5 BTC for a laptop.
I did buy loads of stuff from fasttech, it must have added up to > 1 BTC in total, but each piece's price was much (much) lower

not much and no more than 50$ in Btc at a price of 60,000$.

Last year impressed me until I got paid and saved money. I spent it on internet payments, buying fuel and kitchen supplies.
Fluctuating prices can't be resisted but I think when there are assets that can be exchanged it is very useful for my needs. I don't regret the current price. stays the same and stays at the value I need.
summer is still on and its time to save my btc.
i believe btc will come back and surpass ath. and my income will be more than my previous Btc.
I usually only spend a few $.

It hurts me when I flash back or come across this kind of question. I wish I had known about this forum before now, it would have helped me to properly plan my BTC spending and investment. And talking about the BTC I had spent on something, there are many of them to the extent that I've lost count. But the highest amount spent on frivolities at a specific time was 0.8 BTC in 2019 when Bitcoin was 3901.85 because I still have the withdrawal record. The most painful part is that the amount was the peak of my earnings since then and I was unable to make money when Bitcoin rose between 2020 - 2021. I didn't believe in Cryptocurrency then, and it hurts till today.

There was a bakery in my town when bitcoin was 100-200 USD. I used to buy Coffee, Bagels etc. at a regular basis, what meant that the usual bill would be 0.05-0.1 Bitcoin. I don't regret it a bit, since those were the days when because of bigger and bigger adoption the prices went up.

I don't keep records of it because if I need money and have to convert my bitcoins to fiat, I just send it straight to my bank account and then use it to buy consumer products or services. I often do that when I don't have money to buy daily necessities or food. I also don't see the bitcoin date and price but I guess at least I sold my bitcoin at the time the price got a green candle and it's still a good price to sell bitcoin.

When I was a newbie, I mostly spent my bitcoin on digital games for my pc. That was year 2016 and the price of that bitcoin that time was less than $20k. Most of my games on steam are bought using bitcoin and if I compute it now, its total would be more or less 200$.

But now since I already have some responsibilities to take care off, I used it sometimes to pay our bills when my salary is not enough to cover it.

Oh man, I don't want to remember it although I can't really remember those purchases I've made. The only thing that I can remember is that I've spent more than a bitcoin during that time and that was around 2017.

Things have been uncertain at that time and note that it wasn't during the all time high. I think it was during the Q2 or Q3 of that year. Although I don't regret most of my purchases because it's for the sake of my needs or my loved ones.

I'm sure that there are the others that have spent more than me and it's not even put into good use.

I can't remember, but during 2017's run, I have bought a flat TV and other gadgets like laptop or something, I should have hold on those bitcoin though and waited till December of that year to really maximize its fiat value. Nevertheless, no regrets, although the TV I gifted it to one my niece already. And everyone is still really learning that holding might be the best thing to do right in this bear market. Buy the dip and then HODL.

If we're talking about spending (not selling for fiat, not buying BTC, not trading), then it's 0.002 BTC when the price was around $40k+. It was roughly $100, if I remember well, and I spent this money on buying two hoodies, but also as a charity thing, which is why it's more than I'd probably spend just on a random hoodie on a shop. Unfortunately, I haven't spent much BTC directly because of a lack of ways of doing it. I wouldn't spend Bitcoin on something I wouldn't otherwise buy, and things I do spend money on usually aren't those easily available for purchase in BTC.

February 2017: bought an average laptop, it has worth some 600 USD back then.
I don't have the tx id to look up the exact BTC value, it was some 1100 USD/BTC plus the payment processor was charging some 7-8% fee too.
So yeah, more than half of a bitcoin paid. I tell my wife now and then that the laptop worth as much as a new car (yeah, a cheaper one now, in crypto winter)

Right in mid-November 2021, I had spent about $1k bitcoin to buy electronic goods in the form of a laptop and at that time the bitcoin price was at the level of $63k-$64k, but because in my country there is no electronic store that accepts payments using bitcoin so I have to converting my bitcoins to fiat currency first using a local exchange, this is the first time I have spent a slightly larger amount of bitcoin as previously I only spent a smaller amount of bitcoin just to fulfill my daily needs.

Most of my Bitcoin was spent to be liquidity on market. I am participant of the market and joining games by market makers. Rest of my Bitcoin was sold to get fiat currency and spent for my bills.

I am sad that I had to sell my Bitcoin under $10,000 before 2020 bull run and lost lot of my Bitcoin that I can not earn back from my campaign in forum last 2 years. Pay rate is the same (not increase too much) and price increased a lot. I earn less in Bitcoin each week, very sad.

As far as I remember, I had the first serious transaction only in 2016 when the price was around $400, but I never looked back at how much the same thing would cost today or when 1 BTC was worth almost $70k. Maybe some will say that it was stupid to spend Bitcoin back then because today we could buy much more for the same amount, but if you looked at things like that, then I would never have spent even 1 satoshi.

I can't say at the moment what I spent the most on, but maybe the most expensive was a very expensive TV, although I also bought computers, smartphones and a lot of other electronics.

The transaction, if am not mistaken took place on 24th of May, 2022, and I spent around 0.022 BTC which was worth $650 at the time, at that time, Bitcoin was trading around or a little above $29,000 per coin.

I forget the date and price but I have spent BTC by buying electronic goods from some of my friends so that I can make transactions like this because in my area it is still illegal for crypto to be made into buying and selling transactions.

The average is that selling BTC to fiat makes it very easy for what I want but still the most interesting impression is that buying with bitcoin transactions has decreased my impression.

But I see people have done a lot of transactions with btc this is very easy, including other consumer purchases.

In May 2018 was when I spent about 0.053 btc to buy a laptop. The bitcoin price was around $8200 and my laptop was no less than $430. But don't get me wrong, I didn't buy it with btc but with fiat even though I had to convert 0.053 btc to fiat on the local exchange.

The government still prohibit us from using crypto as a legal tender until now, and that's why I dare not pay sellers with bitcoin. Converting it to fiat is one way out, so it's safe for me to make transaction. Luckily for me at that time the government had not applied a tax for every transaction of converting crypto to fiat or vice versa, but now the tax has been applied although it is still quite acceptable as a reasonable limit.

This is a cruel question, it makes me remeber back in 2015 when i spend 3.2 BTC in a used car:

The bitcoin price at that time was close to $430/coin so, i should wait a lil more and get a Ferrari with those 3 BTC. 

I never expect to see bitcoin going to the moon, but it was a nice lesson to learn and a hard to swallow pill.

Aside from the 1st 3 miners I bought back in 2014 using fiat, my farm was expanded/upgraded to the latest/greatest ones as soon as they were released -- all paid for directly using BTC. Per my records to date that is over 95BTC... One of course has to remember that for a long time BTC was worth only a few hundreds of $ so a miner costing 2-3 BTC was not uncommon. Can't say I regret spending them as I still have a tidy amount tucked away but nowhere the total I've earned mining.
