maybe first utility must be done by developers team , so by looking this utiliy we will know how demand will created. Alot investors forget about from where demand created. Any project that doesn't have a strong community behind it, in my opinion I consider it as scam projects or projects that won't end up favouring the investors rather making and ripping them of their capital invested. I can attest to that, if you are monitoring a project do it at least for one complete year and if possible through a bear and a bull market. Most companies do well in the start and crash down during a bear market only to never recover back again.
