1. Become a trusted developers
2. Pay centralized exchange site to listing your token
3. If you are thinking creating meme for money purpose only and it's better to leave your token as a dead token.
4. Add and lock liquidity with your own money.

It's hard to attract people to buy meme token again as i just known that if meme tokens already dead. Yeah your token has no volume that means no money on it. Being a trusted guy has become the main factor why people can trust their money on you lol
