Hi, I'v found my old wallet recently, I'v synched bitcoin core with network, added wallet and I can see balance. However When I'm checking adresses signed to this wallet, those balances do not match.
I also cannot send any founds to wallets as it says that transaction is not mempool.

What am I missing here?

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Any chance it's an altcoin wallet, and not a Bitcoin wallet? Check one of transaction IDs (txid) on Blockchair.com, you wouldn't be the first to have a Doge wallet.

I'v checked first transaction and it's registered in blockchain.

Blockchair (the one LoyceV suggested) is a multi-coin blockexplorer.

That said, which blockchain does your transaction belongs to?
It's indicated at the upper-left hand side of the page, just below blockchair's logo; if it's in Bitcoin's blockchain, it should say "Bitcoin transaction".

It's says that it's BTC.
In that case, your wallet may be messed up. If you haven't done it yet: backup your wallet.dat (on a USB-stick). Then make another backup, just to be sure.
I'm not sure what the current best option for a wallet rescan is.

For what it's worth: hiding a part of the txid doesn't make it hard to find.

Do you use full version of node or pruned version?
Does your wallet contain transactions which were not published/executed?
Did you try to launch bitcoin core with option "-rescan"?

Are you certain your node is fully synced? What is the exact error message you get when you try to broadcast the transaction, does it say: "Status: 0/unconfirmed, not in memory pool"?

Tell us if bitcoin core will show the same balance after you restart it with the _rescan option (it may take some time to finish rescanning). A faster alternative would be to export your funded addresees' private keys and import them into an SPV wallet such as Electrum.

Will try to run with this command.
You can use -recan in the console as well if you do not know how to launch it with addition command line option.
Just open the console "Window->Console" and type: rescanblockchain to scan from the genesis block up to the tip.

I'm using full version.
BTW, the latest version of Bitcoin Core is set to prune the blockchain by default. If you haven't unchecked it in the initial setup, your node's blockchain is pruned.
You can see it in the settings: "Settings->Options...->Prune block storage to"
