You should add more proof about this claim, you can mention his username and also other alts that you accused based on your system. You have a similar case before where there's no rules about faucet abuse and you accuse the user did abusing your faucet.

Oh please make the statement straight forward to save time. The statement that you provide is just pure mocking about the casino that you might experience some issue. You are accused for having a multiple account and I believe you really deserved to banned immediately. Even though this casino has previous history of slow fixing of customer issue, I still don’t to believe in this OP with this kind of narrative about his case. He seems just upset for being caught than being scammed.

Yeah, I agree there's no mention of user id or username on OP'a post, OP should simplify and post his concern this is a scam section, we like to know and understand his concern but how can we do that if he is giving us lectures, I did not even read his long post because it has nothing to do with his concern, and to think OP is already a Full member, he should know better.

I assume, there was a user who had trouble with Wintomato and they found out the user was exploiting their system. The same user could be the OP. So, wintomato thought to have their statement to reply him.

Why is it that only those who always try to play smart by making multi account for Deposit bonus that quickly run to accused the site of being scammed, at this point they paraphrase the whole statement to be in their favor whereby they will refuse to share some evidence, and end up writing long statement instead of simply notes attaching with screenshots?

I was patient and read to a certain point and it was not correlating with the title of the post. I had to pause to see if the user is a newbie, after seeing that he is a full member, I wanted to proceed reading, but another taught said I should check comments, now I have not wasted my time.
I just feel like running Op with a plagiarism checker, who knows the article was copied from a blog to accuse wintomato . It's looking like a blog post rather than an accusation thread.
