Why do I feel this is all just an excuse for China to be even more aggressive towards Taiwan? The past years have been disasters for America with the horrible pull-out from Afghanistan, the loss of parts of Ukraine and now it's likely that Taiwan would get attacked. It's like they're just doing this all on purpose at this point.Yes I know Taiwan is more important than Ukraine for the US but I now doubt if they'd fight enough to keep Taiwan independent.

The crazy thing is that the American taxpayer just spent $90,000,000 so that Nancy Pelosi could take a vacation to check on potential insider trading investments at the risk of starting a war with China.  People just act like this is normal.  When it costs more than 400x your annual salary to take a vacation and you do it on the company dime, most people would call that taking advantage.  The outrageous government spending has gotten so insane, I can't believe it's even happening.  Just print more...

China realizes that it is an appropriate time to respond with the necessary firmness to confront US provocations. It is almost a repeat of the Ukraine scenario with the difference that America used the Mato as a front to inflame the Ukrainian situation, sacrificing its European friends who suffer from that war and are considered the most affected by it, and now it puts Taiwan in the barrel of the cannon to set fire to another area of the map.
A new international map is taking shape and a new world order is emerging. China, Russia and America are the main players, with a complete absence of the rest of the classical powers such as the Europeans.

It is good that someone is actually seeing things from my perspective. After seeing how she was accompanied by the large security excort both in the air and the water, I argued with someone if it was necessary seeing that economic situations are tense.
