Gamblers report almost every day about this casino that the casino does not pay them. But gamblers like you are still depositing your funds in this casino after seeing these scam reports, which is really disappointing.
This casino generates their revenue by blocking their customer's accounts and holding their funds. So I think your chances of getting fund back are very low.

I don't know what's the valid reason why they still using and depositing this site, maybe they are aanot aware what 1xbit did . Many reports and bad feedback by thier gamblers so there's no reason why we don't know about this casino and also before we play we must do a research first about that specific casino. To you OP it's better to explain further and contact thier customer services as well why this is happening, why they are not paying you maybe there's a reason behind that

It is very important to know why gamblers are attracted to this website. But one reason is that 1xbit is doing a lot of marketing online, since their marketing is going on and the website is reaching new gamblers.
I checked online and most of the first search results on Google were reviews in favor of 1xbit. So here most of the new players join after being misguided.

1xbit has many such accusations in the scam accusations subforum of Bitcointalk and even other accusations in other forums. It is obviously a scam casino or a very unprofessional casino run by idiots.

This is why I always tell people, especially newcomers to the world of gambling, in this case crypto gambling, that the minimum amount of research you should do before putting funds in a casino is to google two words. "[casino name]" and "scam". If the first page shows people complaining about being scammed by said casino, then you can do more research if this is happening to more than a few people. That is the absolute minimum amount of research you should do. I recommend way more research but for lazy people it will do.

But it seems people have too much money to care about being scammed nowadays. Whats the point of doing your own research if one is too lazy to google?

Popular sites that caters this brand seem to not care other than the payment that they will be getting. This is the sad truth about this world, is that money can control almost everything. That is a very big problem that greeted the gambling community. Once you have some monies to promote your business, whether you made the money legally or not, there will be people willing to  work for you. To write fake review, fake listing, fake articles and it will continue that way. Newbies will keep failing victims of their scam.

The second reason is their bounty on this board. The gamblers believe that members promote a serious and reputable casino and brings their money to the 1xbit.

People are aware of the possibility of scams, but I think the average person who has been scammed is those who have been outside the forum and discovered this forum after being scammed.

They were willing to pay forum users to clear their reputation, but failed miserably as the problems persisted and didn't end there. As a warning, use your brain before using any service including gambling sites. Moderators won't remove potential scams, so whatever we talk about won't have much effect on banning their campaigns on the forum, unless the campaign participant are spamming on a large scale.

^ I think only new gamblers are one of their victims and most likely not here on the forum.
I saw them around promoting their brand name and they are very aggressive on this strategy the reason they keep generating their revenue and probably when they need more funds that are the time they selectively scam their users. Their brand is everywhere having ads, even in the BTC tracking transaction Blockchair you will see that there is an ad on this casino. For sure no forum members will fool them.
