I don't know about Roma in this final. Sevilla are now a very formidable opponent for them. Sevilla have beaten Manchester United and Juventus, although a lot of people said they would be champions. The final encounter will really be very interesting. I think Sevilla have a better chance here as Roma are not in the best shape at the moment. Sevilla have a good attack and Roma have a poor defence.

Sevilla beat Manchester United and Juventus at home, and they played away matches in a draw. The final will take place in Budapest, and the teams will have equal chances, Mourinho will again try to play from defense. Mourinho can break the idyll of Sevilla in the EL, but it will not be an easy final, there may be extra time and penalties. If Sevilla wins again, it will be phenomenal, after such a poor start in the tournament, I would not have thought that they could reach the final.

Sevilla's journey to reach the final match was extraordinary, they overthrew the seeded teams one by one, and they managed to do it. Now only AS Roma is left, in fact AS Roma is no more favored than the 2 teams that Sevilla managed to beat before, but still this is a final that will make the team appear all out. AS Roma managed to advance to the final in a dramatic way, they were able to maintain their advantage with attacks carried out by Leverkusen.

Really disappointed with Leverkussen yesterday night as they missed the qualification in a clamorous way,we all know Mourinho likes to park the bus and it is exactly what he did yesterday night but I am astonished at the inability of Leverkussen coach and his team to find a way to break through that defense,they hit the goal more than 20 times but all of them were in vain and also Rui Patricio is the hero of the game having made six super saves in yesterday game,it was not only bad luck for Leverkussen,as I said it was also the inability to change things from their coach and his team.

I had loss from the way the match turned out yeststerday night, but looking at it from another angle, you don't have to blame Leverkusen because they did everything to score but Roma just got lucky, they were lucky that all the chances Leverkusen had didn't result to any goal. Did you know that Leverkusen had about 6 shots on Target in that match while Roma had nothing, the ball possession says everything in that match but football is luck sometimes and they had that move them to the final but I'm very sure Roma would have to improve from the way they play yesterday if not, Sevilla wouldn't give a room for this kind of luck they had in the final.

I just wish Roma would score early and then start playing defense; if not, sevilla will use all available means to score them back.

The Sevilla team is too strong for the Europa League platform. And despite not performing well in La Liga this season, the Sevilla team has performed well in every Europa League match. They qualified for the final by defeating big teams such as Manchester United and Juventus. Their opponent in the final is Roma. Roma wants to win this year's Europa League title. Roma coach Mourinho is quite experienced. And thanks to Mourinho's excellent match strategy, the Roma team qualified for the final. It is difficult to predict which team will win the final. I have always been on the side of Sevilla to win this trophy when I saw that they're in this compition and base on the fact I have been following their previous performances in the Europa league cup, When it comes to the Europa they're specialist in eliminating any team that comes their way and which they have done again this season. The only thing you can do to stop Sevilla is not allowing them get to the finals, the most stubborn team you can face in the finals when you talk about this compition.

The most effective way that always being used by mourinho is forcing its opponent to attacking the club while it was forgetting about how important the defensive line is. I was also surprised how defensive AS Roma was playing yesterday. I mean i expected them to play very defensively because first of all they are a Italian team and they are always having their main focus on a solid defense and everything else comes after that. Secondly they are coached by Jose Mourinho which is also known to play a very defensive style of football.
That being said, i really did not expect them to play this defensive and this destructive. It was really hard to watch.
In addition to that they wasted time so often in the second half, it was really disgusting and had nothing to do with a fair game anymore. The one player even rolled back in onto the pitch even though he was already lying outside. The extra time should have been way longer too. It's a shame that a team that plays that way is now in the final.

Actually Mourinho is currently not so always dominant using his bus parking formation tactics. maybe it could be, because AS Roma got fierce resistance during the match in the first leg. plus they are 1 goal ahead on aggregate. it seems, Mourinho does not want to take risks to play offensively. well, referring to the first leg, Roma didn't play too defensively. we can even compare it to AS Roma against Feyenoord. they can also play with an offensive pattern, so the scenario is that AS Roma sees that Leverkusen has a chance to overthrow them in the second leg.  that was why, his flagship formation was reused.

Well, I agree with what you say. little by little, the Roma players fell and this was repeated. I know, this is part of Mourinho's strategy so that the Leverkusen players are provoked by their emotions. and yes, they succeeded with the scenario. supposedly, if Leverkusen could be calmer and not provoked by AS Roma players, they would most likely be able to score goals. unfortunately, they played very hastily.

Xabi Alonso deserves credit and even if they don't, I'm personally giving him credits for how far he's pushed his side especially against the experienced Jose Mourinho.
Sevilla would be defeated, because I can remember the last time Jose Mourinho lost a final, Tammy Abraham would be the player with three European tittles if he wins the Europa League Competition. Having already won the Champions League with Chelsea, the Conference Cup with Roma last season and possibly with Roma again for the Europa League Competition.

Juventus were unlucky but Sevilla were very good at taking advantage of opportunities and reaching their goal in extra time.
However this will have cost effort, they must recover for the next match against Roma.

And in the end Sevilla showed that they are not easy to beat, no matter how favored their opponents are. After previously they managed to get rid of Manchester United, now they are doing it again by getting rid of Juventus. Now we have confirmed the two teams that will appear in the final, between Sevilla vs AS Roma.

That's true, plus I think there were a few positions where they were not giving the chance neither. Like that cuadrado move was 100% penalty and without a doubt should have been given, and yet the ref still didn't give it, even with the VAR and all, it wasn't given and that's a damn shame, glad that they won but if they lost this game then that position would have been considered as a dark mark for the whole game and everyone would have been still talking about it.

I mean they won and I am still talking about it, imagine how many more people would have done that. In the end they are at the finals and there is a good chance that they could win it yet again. They are really a great club for this tournament, even when the roster changes, they still do great.

Yep despite the defeat in the Semi-finals indeed Xabi managed to bring and lift Leverkusen back from a condition that was not too good for them actually it has been something very good for him and it's an achievement because for domestic competition in the Seoane era they were really very bad.
I actually hoped a lot for them during Leg 2 but indeed the result could not be changed until the end and it is also likely that they will have to say goodbye to the Europa League and Champions League next season because indeed they will not be there again for next season.

Now it's the final of Sevilla and Roma. It's actually a dark horse because I didn't expect these two clubs to be in the final at the moment. But even so it will be interesting and Sevilla proved that they can still compete fully this time.

Moiuriho is the chosen one and I love him always because he gives a lot of vibes in the game of football and these vibes make the game so interesting. Yep, Roma and Sevilla have reached the final round. TBH, I don't expect that Sevilla will play in the final match, previously I guessed all Italian teams in the final. Final is always special, no team will rely on luck in the final. Sevilla needs to have better preparation to face Roma, this team is very solid in defense. If Sevilla uses the same tactic, it probably won't work properly. They should change the tactic in the final, so Roma may be surprised by the new tactic.

IMO, this is not a really "clash of the titans". Both teams actually didn't perform at their best during this season (just look at their position in the leagues). However, for this competition, both teams may have different goals. So, they may try to perform as well as possible, especially in the final match.

They have now beaten 2 favorite clubs to win this season and of course this is something interesting for Sevilla because this makes me a little sure that they will succeed in bringing the Europa League and the Champions League they will return to next season.
Very interesting match and I like this match because these two clubs really showed good performance even though for the first half Juventus looked very monotonous.

Just like the way Madrid are even when playing badly they sure know how to carve out wins in Europe so are Sevilla. This is their only hope of participating in European competitions next and they are not taking it likely. They torn apart a juventus team which have been a mixed situations this season. Just like the first leg, the lack of ability of the juventus team to get hold of the game made them chase it all day. They went ahead but apart from that they didn’t get hold of it. They seriously need a carrier of the ball in that midfield and once again with the quality of players like Pogba they struggled just like the rest of this season.

For now I will not discuss Madrid here because in any case I think it is a little different in terms of existing conditions.
At the moment Sevilla are also still playing very well, especially with the condition they beat 2 strong clubs before, so I personally feel that from a mental point of view they are superior at this time to Roma.
Roma will probably still adopt the same strategy of scoring few goals and defending afterwards but Sevilla are different now and I have confidence in them for this final.

Mourinho has big experiences in managing clubs with great achievement. But it will also depend on what kind of club they are. Roma actually performs quite well this season, but, sometimes, they are not consistent, and in Serie A, currently, they are not really great and experiencing very bad achievement. So, Roma must struggle and prove their best that Mou can really manage and control them very well in order to bri g the team to get the title.

on the otenr hand, Sevilla started this season with very bad oerformances until the middle. But currently, they are managing themselces with good progress. and they are really struggling very well. They can be out from relegation zone and rise up until being intop ten. so this is good enough for them so far.
So in the final between Roma and Sevilla, it will be very interesting to see what club is more solid and consistent, whoever the coach, the result will depend o how their performance during the game play
