I checked the history of these two teams and how they were performing against each other, during the four games they played against each other they had three friendly matches and they played one other game in Europa League 2019/2020 season in which Sevilla won the game with 2-0 result. Also, Roma could only beat Sevilla for once in these fours game and I think Sevilla will win another game against Roma.

The Roma team may not have many start players but the have a very tactical coach. Mourinho is one coach that makes do with what he has to achieve what he wants. How Mourinho qualified his team (AS Roma) for the finals should be a call for concern. In the other hand Sevilla has shown so much strength in the Europa league. I think we know that he was always the target of critics when he started implementing what we know as the bus parking strategy. But he doesn't care about that, because for him victory is the most important thing no matter what strategy you use. I also agree with that, because any strategy can be used to make the team win in a match. However, maybe this strategy makes the match less interesting because one team is more dominant in attacking and the other team only focuses on defending. Meanwhile, most people want the game to be a buying and selling of attacks which makes the match even hotter.

Mourinho has won all his European finals he has appeared in so far, all 5 if I remember correctly, but also Sevilla have won all their European finals so far.
So, it's obviously a coach on the one hand, and a club on the other, who know how to win European trophies

Mourinho is normally a winner of finales in such tournaments. This is another opportunity for him to add another title among his achievements. However their job won't be easy at all on one hand. Because Sevilla have been like the best team in the Europa League for many years. They won quite many titles in the meantime and they seem very eager to win another one now.

Both of these teams are likely to finish the season out of the area to qualify for the Champions League in their domestic leagues. Therefore this finale means a lot to both of them. To be honest with you, I was also one of those people that criticized Mourinho for his pattern of football when he was in England, especially Manchester United. Too many "ifs" in your reasoning. Sevilla are currently in 9th place with zero chance of qualifying for the Champions League via La Liga (last year they were 4th). Of course, if they win the Europa League it will be a jackpot that will change everything, but do you strongly believe in such an outcome? Yes, it's great that Sevilla still have a chance to turn the season into a good one (title + Champions League ticket), but if this all-in doesn't work, then I will consider their season a failure even if they finish 7th and get into the Conference League.

Interestingly, Sevilla and Roma share the situation that they are both going to miss the Champions League qualification within their leagues. I would say that Roma performed at a decent level and took its rightful place. If we take into account reaching the final of the Europa League, then this is already a successful season in any case.
