The match is at its peak and I think that Roma  can't withstand the pressure from Sevilla. That decision about a penalty to be given or not for Sevilla was totally correct. Because it was clear that there was only a touch to the ball by the Roma defender and that was all. While we we are closing in on the final whistle of regular time I don't think we will see a last-minute goal. None of the teams would be willing to take a big risk in a critical moment like this because it would be really difficult to make up for it.

Even in extra time I don't expect the tie to be broken. Players would like to play more carefully and keep the match balanced as much as possible. If we see a goal then it would come by a counter-attack I guess. I think we will watch penalty shoot-outs and I think Roma will win the title after this.

Quite a possibility, but I have noticed that Roma's players are already very tired, which is not the case with Sevilla, all they do is go on the attack. Yes, not as fiercely, but still going and maybe they'll get the better of their opponents in extra time. He doesn't care about being less fit than the other players. Dybala scored the goal for Roma in first half. Second half the Coach made two changes and the changes have added tempo to the team. The goal came from a well played cross into the penalty box of Roma by Jesus Navas that caused an own goal from Gianluca Mancini. Dybala is indeed a very special player and I was surprised to see him switched to AS Roma because I would have really love to see him play for an elite club. I would like AS Roma to win the trophy but this match is beyond final, both sides are not just playing for the trophy but a shot at champions league football next season. Sevilla possessed more of the ball but only had 14 attempts and 2 on goal while Roma had 8 attempts and 3 on goal. Mourinho has introduced some tactical changes by replacing Belotti with Tami Abraham, maybe he can use his physicality to bully Sevilla's defenders... But at this point of the game it's still difficult to predict who's going win.

I didn't expect Roma to be this ready for Sevilla and for them to lead them with the first goal was awesome from Roma and even when Sevilla equalized, they defended magnificently despite the extra minutes, they held Sevilla who by ball possession beat Roma, but I still think Sevilla has high chance of winning this match in the penalty round, the players are more confident than what Roma players are playing and more determistics with goals. Penalty may be scary but  I think they will finish with atleast 2 loss from Roma while Sevilla win every of their goals.

Edit: I was close to prediction and while typing, Sevilla has already won the Europa League of the season and from the start, my prediction was correct, I expect them to win, though I had Leverkusen in mind in the final instead of the Roma but all the same, congratulations to Sevilla.

Unfortunately for As Roma, Gianluca Mancini blundered with an own goal which ultimately gave Jose Luis's team a high boost of enthusiasm and motivation. even Sevilla was only able to have 2 shots on target in 90 minutes of normal time, and one shot that hit AS Roma's goal post. bad luck came back, Dybala was pulled out in the 68th minute because he was injured again.
As for Tammy Abraham, he didn't have too many chances so he was replaced in the 75th minute. in fact, AS Roma had 4 big chances but they were unable to take advantage of them properly.

It was truly a hard fought match by both teams. We all predicted Sevilla to have more of the ball with Roma sitting behind and counter. Roma played their pattern as their opponent but what affected them more was the early second half substitution to both Dybala and Abraham. Both could have poses more threat to Sevilla had they stayed on. Aside all the players that did well in the match I would pick Yassine Bounou out as my man if the match, not because of the penalty save but the finger tip saves too to deny Belloti at the death. Also Mourinho and his men will certainly feel hard done with the penalty retaken and also the penalty that was denied

It was a keenly contested final but I think Roma were a better side because they had better chances to win the game but failed to take those chances. Jose Mourinho for the first time lost a European final and I he'll not be happy about it.
However, Sevilla isn't known as the most successful club in the UEFA Europa League competition for nothing. They know how to win games even when they're second best on the pitch. I know they were gonna win the the game if it gets to penalty shoot-outs because they have a more experienced team. Jose Mourinho might be heading out of Italy in the summer but he would've wanted to do it after winning the Europa League competition
