You are wrong, if indeed the victory was not due to luck but because they deserved the title then of course the victory can be obtained with an advantage in 1x2 not because of penalties.
If you follow and observe the final match, surely you can understand that there are some things that Roma should not feel, such as some of the referee's decisions that seem unfair.

As luck would have it, it's clear that Sevilla has no end and even though they have been quite poor throughout the season they still managed to reach the final and win the Europa League title. But when talking about the squad that Sevilla has, I don't agree with you because they have some great players from last year's world cup such as Yassine Bounou, En-Neysri, as well as 3 trios of Argentine champions Acuna, Montiel and Papu Gomez.
