I am not really into this but this one looks different from the others. That is because the op is willing to use an escrow. It means the escrow won't release the payment once we cannot make 500 to 1k euro but it shouldn't be in the first day only because we are paying 2k euro here. We are still down 1k even if we make 1k the first day and what if the strategy won't work on the next day because it's already been detected by a gambling site?
